The (e N4 D N2)*2 E (N4 D) combo was done against cryo regisvine instead of pyro regisivine. I went back and did it in 17.28 seconds on pyrovine. In other words, it's a good option! docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_g7seapHB_8FBFEbf5Sv51Fn3e_Tpoaj-0RwUxpH6nI/edit?usp=sharing
Why didn't you can cancel the end recovery frames with her e on the n5 the cooldown on the press version lasts just long enough to allow you to cancel into it
How about e Q E (N5 e) for her burst damage? She gains 1 grimheart stack and the skill cooldown resets after using her burst, so you could squeeze in an extra hit there with extra damage.
@@IGetIntoArgumentsForFun.67 the question is now: are you just trolling or actually giving tips? Your account name suggests the first one... Might wanna switch accounts when you're trying to be constructive? This is half joking/half serious

ok, I'm wondering... shouldn't holded E be executed with 2 stacks of e? When doing e Q ... E where is 2nd e for 2nd grim stack? I know Q resets cd on e, usually doing e Q e N4.... E. Am I missing something?
I tend to dash cancel out of the first basic attack that has 2 hits, after my ult. I can get two strings and an E in, Usually getting my lightfall sword drop DMG anywhere between 160k and 230k. And that's without food buffs. Obviously I run Diona and fischl, or diona and beidou to superconduct and shred resistances before going in with the Eula burst/nuke dmg.
It's not as bad as people seem to think. I use a E Q e N5 E ult rotation and it does great. You have to remember you are gaining damage back on the skill usage over the normals people are using for ult stacks. And energy regen as well. If you just focus on the individual damage of the Ult, you are only seeing half of the picture in terms of the damage window.

Needless to say this video provided me with all I needed to know 👌🏽 from a Genshin content creator to another, hats off to you my brother.
This is the first Eula video I watched that mentions the important delay after holding E for building stacks. Thanks! Also going to try out MSJLP with her eventually.
Yes, sir, this is exactly the video I was hoping someone would make. It's one thing to see stuff on paper or read a string of text describing a combo. It's another thing to see it with helpful pauses/slowdown and the clock to bring it all together. Thank you.
S'like I just learned combo notation for a brand new fighting game. I love it! The reasoning behind each combo is really interesting, & how satisfying the execution feels when doing one of the DS combos solidifies my view that she is not only the coolest, but also the most fun character to play. Great video. Thank you very much for your hard work.
You can save a little bit of time from Q animation by using any movement key (W/A/S/D) just after the burst and have an extra stack. But it is not easy but with practice it is practical.
I need to find the video, but someone broke down her Q animation and combos, frame by frame. Apparently the timer doesn't start and stacks won't apply until after the sword is fully visible. Unless cancelling the animation instantly pops the sword. Haven't done it enough to notice.
Hey you probably won’t see this but I just wanted to confirm you can achieve 15 stacks with a minimum of 33% Attack Speed increase, albeit inconsistently and with great difficulty (R3 SoBP + Jean C2)
Thanks for breaking down everything so simply and doing all the research, testing and math! Amazing how many hours of work you (and other people before you) must have put into this that we never see for only a 14 minute video. But this was really easy to digest so as a mathematically challenged person I thank you lmao.
The second non burst combo was the only one against cryo regisvine, he takes about 50% less cryo damage. Taking into account, that you missed about 14k damage because of the cryo resistance, you could have saved 1-2 normal attacks, which would have been faster than the first combo and about as fast as the third.

@@iynque it depends. Most of Eula’s damage doesn’t come from her normal attacks. i use the suggested one. it gets me around 13-14 stacks but it really doesnt matter. what i like about Eula's stacking mechanic is the player gets to decide when to best use it. you can get away with fewer stacks if youre up against smaller enemies. just swap out for an instant bomb. max stacking is perfectly applicable against bigger bosses that would need the max damage you can deal. you don't need to max it out all the time. just know what youre fighting against and stack accordingly.

It's probably better to do Hold E right after Q so that the CD starts while you do your normals for stacks. You also get the resist shred earlier so even if you get 1 less stack you pretty much make the damage back from higher damage normals.

What I like do to is start the fight with e, switch to my supports to set them up, switch back, e Ult E and then just whack away. I havent given her combos much thought though, so this video was helpful thank you!
What do you think about this combo: e N4 e N4 E *q* e N4 E N4 You stack up Grimheart -> hold *E* -> then reset the *E* CD with *Q*-Burst and gain one stack of Grimheart -> use *e* immediately, because of reset CD -> stack of with Normal attacks -> hold *E* cause you got 2 stacks Grimheart -> Attack till Burst exploded Needs a bit of setup, but so far I think it's the most solid combo.
Good to know that her normal attack combo variation doesn't matter much, Xiao have massive dmg difference between proper combo string and AOE VS Single target charge spam>jump combo or just spam jump with normal mixed in vs vanilla jump, also managing height do help

For the burst combo, the animation time of Q eats up the CD duration. Isn't it better to do e Q E N4 D N4, so you do more damage with your N4s. The res decrease duration is the same time as her ultimate so it should be active during the lightfall explosion.
Great tips, IWTL! In the future if you plan to post more combo tips, might I recommend using prime notation? What I mean is that instead of e and E, use: e and e' or E and E'. In this way, the notation can be expressed easily without worrying about cases: EQ N4 E' N4 or eq n4 e' n4 would both work. While switching between lower and uppercase does make sense, it can be confusing when talking with others because lower and upper letters are so commonly interchangeable. The use of prime notation to indicate a variation on a number or letter is very commonly used, so I think it would catch on easily (in math x' would be a variable derived from x, or in music section A' would be a variation on section A) Anyway, thanks for your continued hard work. Really love the content and your great soothing voice 😳

The use of prime notation to indicate a variation on a number or letter is very commonly used, so I think it would catch on easily (in math x' would be a variable derived from x, or in music section A' would be a variation on section A)
Anyway, thanks for your continued hard work. Really love the content and your great soothing voice 😳
comment for the algorithm, you're the real MVP!
I really enjoyed the video :) I got Eula too and this was really useful
these combos make it look like I'm about to fail a math test
Many thanks, you just cleared my doubts about the combos, nice video.
Dragonstrike came from 登龙剑 in chinese which is a play on Toryuken (Fist of climbing dragon). Both sword and fist is 'ken' in japanese thus the pun works. Original idea is most likely from soryuken of street fighter.
Thanks bro this video is really helped me understand Eula burst mechanism to get 200k dmg❤️
