1 Year Boxing Training With Nazo Heavy Bag

It’s been a year since I got my Nazo heavy bag which I got on my birthday. You can see the difference in my power and how I punch. Even if these months I couldn’t improve much because of my injury. I recorded some videos today but I still need to recover.

Honestly I had to cover it every time it was raining. I think I had it outside for a year with no damage.

A tree or you would have to buy a stand for it. You would need a chain but I don’t think you need anything with a stand.

Pretty good they are better for sparring but still feel good on the bags. I personally like a puncher glove more which they are gonna have with the s40s.

At this time 147 right now I’m close to 190 trying to lose weight. Then height is around 5’11
