Oh the last minute homework, I think we have all been there! Joshua looked like he was going on vacation with all of his stuff :) Have a wonderful time at school kiddos!
Oh! Oh! Oh! With that hat on, from the side view, I thought that was Anna or Becca standing there!!!!!!!! Oh My!!! Please take a picture with the three of them standing next to each other with hats on!!! ❤️❤️❤️☺️
It's amazing to see how diligent the kids are. They know how to have fun, but they're also aware of their duties as students 😁👍 And Ruth was doing great making sure the children had everything they needed. Wish the Reutter kids a great start to school in 2025!
Afternoon from hot n sunny Australia. I love your youtube series. It's one thing travelling in Japan ( 5 times so far) but through you I learn how much another world living there is! I really enjoy it through the lense of your truly delightful family❤
Kotatsu has been used to be matching with spending while the winter season belonging in Japanese family, but now your family, especially, for kids; this warmer Kotatsu culture life is that they can't leave from inside of it, it's meaning that they may have been used to be in the Kotatsu cluture already. Don't forget that when the time you have to go to bed, you need to leave from in there. kids. by the way, thank you for up roading nicer video again, Papa.( father).
That's a lot of school stuff! I know my parents would never have kept up with all that stuff for me! I would've been the kid that's always unsupplied and unprepaired. My parents didn't really seem to care if i got an education or not.
Lovely family, love your videos ❤ And, just me opinnion, you did do very well in having your kids attending regular Japanese school. I'm Brazilian and have lived in Japan as well, around 3 years, and I know cases where family decided to put kids in Brazilian school there, most probably to make it easier for adaptation or even not expecting to stay much longer in country, but now and as grown persons they don't have a full understanding of language and most likely of culture either what is a shame
We are so thankful we put the kids in Japanese school. It was most difficult for the older two since we moved when they were older. But they all speak fluent Japanese and English and have lots of friends in the neighborhood!
So happy. There many international who put their children in international school but then the children don’t really learn the language and culture aspect living in the country. So happy your children can speak both languages.
When you teach your children to make their backpacks ready for school just at the beginning of winter break, then you avoid these things at the beginning of the new year. They should learn to do this themselves, with a little help from mom and dad. Then you also see rightaway if there is home work to do, nothing will be done last minute. It is not okay that mom is doing all the preparations and the kids are just joking and playing! And yes, I have children too, 7!
The kids are clothed, fed, clean, healthy and happy. Isn't that the most important thing? Not everyone can be absolutely perfect all the time, maybe keep your judgement to yourself, or redirect it to parents who can't meet their kids basic needs. Surely as such a busy, perfect parent you're much too busy to be out here sharing your unnecessary comments.
Are you guys going on a family ski trip with the kids show us the mountain what it’s like to go skiing please pretty please❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Every family is the same but it was hard for me with just two children,so having four is incredible. I get energy from you.I want you to carry me genki lol. I hope your family is doing well in the new school year.

Oh the last minute homework, I think we have all been there! Joshua looked like he was going on vacation with all of his stuff :) Have a wonderful time at school kiddos!
They have so much stuff to take, don't they? Especially after break :)
Josh calligraphy set looks so cool ! Which reminds me I got one as a birthday gift and never used it. I should try it out
Ha ha! Go try it out! :)
Every culture is different! But I think Japan takes it to a whole other level!😊🇨🇦
They sure do.

New episode on a Friday. Nice
Good luck with the new semester.
Thank you so much for your posting!
I have remembered that I was busy with homework on the last day of vacation 📚🖊😂

"CanDo" knows the families whom has kids need "ぞうきん" 🙂 Each family has same ”scenery” before starting school!!!
We saw a number of kids in the store doing the same thing! :)
You are so well organized!
Ruth does an amazing job.
Thank you!
Goodluck 🥰💗

She didn't leave it to the last minute. She gave it two days.
Agree. kids should be cleaning out their bags on their own.
'And licking bottom o' lake clean with tongue' 😂
Hello from Victoria BC Canada!
Are you guys going on a family ski trip with the kids show us the mountain what it’s like to go skiing please pretty please❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
6 people skiing is very expensive!
Now I know why elementary kids don't wear uniforms, the parents would revolt with having those to keep straight too.
Good morning from England video looks good
Good morning!
Will the twins go to a public high school? Or an international school?
The girls have a number of options, but at this point we're considering a couple of different English-speaking schools.
Do they leave the schoolbooks in the school during the semester or do they have to bring them back and forth every day? It looks really heavy.
They take them back and forth every day!
Every family is the same but it was hard for me with just two children,so having four is incredible. I get energy from you.I want you to carry me genki lol. I hope your family is doing well in the new school year.
Ha ha! Thanks :)
