The amount of detail they put into inane things like Bowser's shoes is mind-blowing. Also definitely getting the same feeling of excitement I got when watching you play Galaxy 2 so far -hopefully this one won't involve a week of painful wisdom tooth removal-

Froggy is still in the wrong game franchise! What a silly frog... Thank goodness someone I watch on the regular (well as regular as possible ;) ) is playing this so I don't have to bankrupt myself buying all the games this year
I am so happy that you've stayed away from footage of this game (besides the one trailer). My one complaint with this game is that they showed off like 80% of the worlds before-hand.
"I don't really understand how exactly these power lines are extending all the way over the ocean" What about how Mario is moving at sublight speed when he is electricity. (also, why is electricity yellow in this game?! VIDEO GAMES!!!)

The mechanic of that first boss is somewhat reminiscent of one of the early bosses in Crash Bandicoot 2.
