    How many reps and sets do you recommend?

      I recommend keeping your time under tension at 60 seconds per arm- for me - that was about 3 reps per arm per set. For 5 sets. If you get more than 3 reps you’re going too damn fast

      @@haydensteele Is the take away at the end that this exercise would bias the inner short head more since the long head is shortened?
      Also are you recommending about 10 seconds up and 10 seconds down for three reps over a minute?
