    🌿Beef Bulgogi Ingredients (4 servings)
    600g meat for bulgogi
    olive oil
    1/2T ginger juice
    1T minced garlic
    4T brewed soy sauce
    Allulose 2T (sugar 2T also available)
    Pear Juice 2T
    1/2T fish sauce
    salt in moderation
    Pepper in moderation
    200-250ml dashi water (dashi pack + water)
    Sesame oil
    Sesame seeds

    1 onion
    2-3 shiitake mushrooms
    1/4 carrot
    1/2 green onion
    ▪️Beef Bulgogi Recipe▪️
    1. Remove blood from the meat. After washing with water, use a paper towel to remove blood (30 minutes).
    2. Chop the vegetables for bulgogi (onion, shiitake, carrot, green onion)
    3. Place the dashi pack in about 350ml of water.
    4. Cut the meat into bite-size pieces.
    5. Season the meat. Mix it with ginger juice first, then add minced garlic, soy sauce, allulose, pear juice, fish sauce, and pepper (you can marinate it in advance, but it is also delicious if you marinate it immediately and then cook it).
    6. Put olive oil in a pot and lightly fry the marinated meat (medium heat).
    7. Add 200-250ml of dashi water and add the prepared vegetables.
    8. After boiling, check the seasoning and add seasoning to your preference. (If the sweetness is weak, add sugar. If the taste is weak, add sugar.)
    Add soy sauce and salt to season it! )
    *It’s best not to season it too strong! The seasoning is a little bland when hot? But when it cools down, it gets a little stronger.
    9. When the vegetables are wilted, add the green onions and boil for 2 more minutes and turn off the heat.
    10. When serving in a bowl, add sesame oil and sesame seeds.
