From Dennis: Greetings Sonic Junction Harpsters!
I’m glad to be back here to bring you my new study piece entitled “Scaled Down”. This is in the key of D, using a G harmonica in 2nd position, and with a straight Rock & Roll groove. Also, I have “scaled down” the note choices so we will only be using notes that are in the blues scale for this entire song. So not only will this be a new song in a new groove to practice, but it will help you get more familiar with the blues scale, and start you using it more in the context of a song.

Flavio Fulves, You must be delusional, deaf or pissed off at the world... I hope you feel better & give Dennis Gruenling his due respect. Not only is Dennis one of the best in the business but has also performed with the likes of other master of the instrument such as, Kim Wilson, Rick Estrin, Steve Guyger, James Cotton, Rod Piazza & many, many others... These cats won't go on stage just anyone. I think your comments are overly critical as well as disrespectful to not only Dennis but to the instrument itself.

I've recorded with world famous people : my jazz instrument album will wrap 9/12. My main focus has been chromatic but I can play many styles. Up till the last few years I toured playing blues now I'm loving the wider palette of expression that jazz affords me.
