TP: Aeralfos skip ANGLE SETUP

*oops I just miscounted on the side description
you can face slightly left while you looking up to get faster.
No more losing time with this stupid 1 pixel trick :)
by the way, y-Angle works between -4833 and -4840 for the first position setup.
