Here is part one of a tips and tricks video series about using the MetalPless MaxxPro snow blade that I have. I am running it on my Caterpillar 926M wheel loader.I firmly believe this is the ultimate snow plow and I think you might agree after seeing all of its uses in these videos. If you don't mind answering.....after tallying all your costs associated with operating this plow, loader,fuel, your wages.....what is the estimated payoff time using this plow contrasted with a straight 12-16' pusher(whatever you previously used)

For my particular circumstance I estimate it will be 3 years. I get paid the rate of 2 loaders with 14ft pushers. But I only have one machine, one pusher and one operator.

Can you lock in the tilt angle? Also wouldn't that free up a hydraulic line so you don't need a switch to operate both wings?

I see a little row left from the wing joint. Is there a way to angle so nothing is left behind? I help at the local county airport. We are looking for a metal pless type system.

How are you controlling the wings? Just with the thumbwheel? How do you select which wing?

Yes the thumb wheel. There is a switch that I installed in the cab to switch from wing to wing to full plow angle. Search MetalPless MaxxPro Informative Walkaround on my channel. I explain how it works.
