I made first person last season only downside is that it didn’t turn but my suggestion is to make a rainbow six siege style game because I was gonna do that
Would it be possible to attach a flashlight to a players head/body and have it follow where they look? This would go hand and hand with the first person device I want the player to be able to use a gun/item while having the flashlight still equipped. Would be good for immersive/scary maps. Not sure if this would be something you have to do with verse
@JustaJunkie438 There might be a fancy way to attach a light device or something like that to the player, but to my knowledge you may need to know a bit of verse to do it. The only non verse way I can think of is using the flashlight item or the flashlight pistol if that helps.
@@STIF__sock If you mean ADS as in aim down sights, I think you need to use any weapon that has first person sights since the start of chapter 3. Snipers or anything scoped before those weapons won't work. But don't take my word for it.
set the moviment of speed of your character to 0,65x and the camera movement horizontal and vertical to 1000, in this velocity the animation is diferent and the camera dont glich inside the head
I don't think making and publishing a whole island is necessary. You can test out everything pretty easily if you just set the orbit cam up the way it is in the video and test out all the weapons in a session. Plus I can't even publish if I wanted to, there's a whole server error right now with cooking. ➡️forums.unrealengine.com/t/unable-to-launch-session-from-uefn-editor/1741399
You could make 2 orbit cams, one for regular height assigned on game start and one for crouch height not assigned on game start, then add an input trigger set to crouch and add registered players. Then make a switch device, call it something like "Crouching?" or whatever to detect if the player is crouching or not, toggle the switch's state with the input trigger make the switch only store state per player, and make it so the regular height orbit camera disables when the switch is turned on, and enables when the switch is turned off. Now do the opposite for the crouch orbit cam so it enables when the switch turns on and disables when the switch turns off. That should swap your cameras when you crouch making it work when you crouch. Just make sure for anything multiplayer you have the switch store state per players and add/remove to player not to all players for cameras otherwise it will effect other player's cams which you wouldn't want. I might make a short on how to do this if my explanation is a bit confusing.

Sorry but I don't think you can right now. The vehicle camera seems to override any camera device when you enter.

Why it disables the Camera orbit when entering a vehicle? Is there any way to fix it?
Any camera device get's overidden by the vehicle camera so there isn't really a way to get around it unfortunately.
I still wanna see more guns with this "first person"
It's not perfect. Assualt rifles, smgs, shotguns etc work fine, but any scopes don't really work, A dedicated first person device is what we need.
