Amen, believe it or not, I have cancer and I was denied disability and so I still have bills to pay regardless of whether I die or not because there’s other people that rely on me. And can you believe this a girl I was engaged to got mad that I went and got my job back so I could still pay the bills so I’m single now. lol miss me with that attitude

this is idiotic. I've dones this and I was miserable. I didn't start seeing progress until I started surrounding myself with people that had the same goals in mind but also balancing that leisure with work. Even the Rock has cheat days. Going to the movies once a month isn't gonna stop you from growing. But know which variables you can't say no to. for example I love playing video games but I could play for hours. I unplug my ps5 until the semester is over, I place it in a box in my closet. That way there's no negotiating. Find ways to balance.
