Late but nastia is a legend, I loved watching her journey growing up. there’s something so resonating and inspirational about her icy discipline, control and elegance in her sport vs her warm and super open/present personality. You can feel the intensity of her physical and mental awareness both in her artistry and the way she communicates. Such a generational talent and mentality ❤️

“You didn’t fail, you fell. And what happens when you fall? You get right back up”. This is hit hard.❤

Taylor and Taylor, I don’t know if you guys have talked about it much, but mental health challenges following traumatic brain injuries are something that doesn’t get brought up much especially in the medical field today.

Amazing podcast! I love how real everyone is and the humanity and relatability with all the guest with media and social media painting celebrities as “gods perfect people” it is beating beautiful to learn everyone struggles and it’s true money and status does not buy happiness.
