Im in Jersey We went away Saturday - Sunday to Atlantic City! One night only to celebrate Father’s Day! We came home, my husband stayed in the car (he’s disabled) I unpacked everything & then we went to dinner lol So all I had to do when I came home from dinner was laundry !! We just finished school this past Tuesday! We spent 4 1/2 hours at the spray park yesterday since our community pool doesn’t open till tomorrow! We’ll do day trips to Atlantic City, smithville, wildwood, cape May zoo & possibly Lancaster / Hershey - those are our favorite places !!!

So weird getting out of school in May and going back mid summer, it's alot different in Canada summer break starts June 27th and return Sept after labour day weekend
I hate unpacking after a trip since my daughter was a baby. Now she is 10 and helps me with packing and unpacking. I hate having clothes on the floor in suitcase or not, so I put them immediately in the laundry and wash all of them dirty or not. We have no pets, but here is dusty also. I sweep the surfaces every day and I try to vacuum at least one time during the week and compulsory during the weekend. I mop once a week because I'm single working mom and I'm exhausted to do it more often.

I just got back from Sandestin, Fl last Saturday! It was so nice, sunny the entire time ☀️!! The last night we were there we had fireworks going off on the beach right in front of our balcony 🎆, it was a really nice surprise. I definitely took my time unpacking...I just needed some downtime 😄.
I immediately unpack, wash, put away. Dust is just a part of life, right? Lol. I live on a dirt road so I don't stress about it. Dust and vacuum once a week. I do sweep a bit more, but I can't let it bother me because I would be dusting, mopping and vacuuming multiple times a DAY if I did! The rug in your bedroom looks super plush!

I'm in Ontario Canada and summer break isn't until next Thursday. We go back second week September Also my bathroom counter gets super dusty when my air and heat is on and I have slacked on changing my filter.

I used to live in the Carlsbad/Oceanside area. If you haven’t made it there yet; I love Carlsbad Village, the outlet mall near Legoland and Oceanside harbor: Harbor Fish and Chips for their fish tacos!
Summer break we are staying local. My daughter came down we all stood at an Airbnb close to the beach. It's been a month since my son been out. We have been going out. Movies, bowling, pool and beach. I'm shock that the stores already has school supplies stocked. Like can we enjoy the summer😂
I try to be the one who unpacks right away, but there is just sometimes I dont feel like it. My house always gets super dusty, too. I cleaned my Moms house and no joke, I dusted and within an hour. It was back to covered in dust again. YES, its like they stand there and spit onto the mirror instead of the sink. They can't seem to aim when they pee either lol. Nor do they clean after they shave!
My fiance's bathroom actually stays pretty clean. Especially the mirror, but it helps he brushes his teeth in the shower. We shower in the same bathroom but I do my hair and make up in our dogs bathroom.
My kids got out around the same time as yours. We haven't done anything much yet. My husband's work is really busy so he hasnt heen able to figure it out. My kids start back the first week of August.
Moving across the country from North Carolina to Washington in our camper. My husband is military so we’ll be there a few years. Making a whole month long trip out of the move.
We live on a Ranch/Farm with cattle, horses, dogs and a kitty or yea and chickens, lol ! Plus husband farms, beans ,corn, and hay, so you can imagine the mess 😂 so yes, mam, it's very dusty I vacuum daily!!
Depends if I have a washer & dryer to clean my clothes while we’re gone. If they’re clean they sit for a little then I put away but if they’re dirty I wash pretty quickly. As for the sink I think the guys do their own version of hawk tuah into the sink and don’t even attempt to bend over to make sure it actually goes in the sink & not everywhere else 🤣
I unpack my children’s bags out of necessity because they are really young and I need things, same with the toiletries bag but everything else sits for a couple days until I get around to it..

I swear, those "floof" balls or we call them puppy tumbleweeds, come out of no where! I think they build up under furniture and eventually creep out to the corners and under tables😂

Mines like that with the toilet omg so gross I have 3 boys in my house and I dont get it 😂 yes also my sons get toothpaste on the mirrors and my hubby all over the sink 😢
The men’s side of the mirror being much more gross than ours is 100% bc they stand all the way up while brushing their teeth to check themselves out! They’re not even paying attention to their teeth it’s the man bod 😅
Do most people not wash new clothes before wearing? They’re so full of chemicals and been touched by so many hands and have been in warehouses with rats. I have to wash everything before wearing.
If Donnie uses electric toothbrush and has not been over the sink and takes it out with the motor still running, it’ll spray toothpaste all over the mirror.
If he uses a toothbrush and is standing to brush his teeth, it will splatter all over the mirror, but if he is bent over the sink to brush his teeth, the toothpaste should splatter into the sink.
Hi everybody, I have a serious question and not meant to ridicule anyone, but why do Americans wear shoes indoors? I see this so often on RUclips that everyone is wearing shoes. As soon as we get home, we take off our shoes and wear socks or slippers. Because, you drag in al kinds of dirt and filth. Kirsten have a nice holiday in California. Here in Belgium the summerbreak start on July 1 and the children have to go back to school on September 1. We are going to Egypt for a week this summer, to an all-inclusive resort. 🌞 And last march we went to South Africa for three weeks, a road trip along the garden route. Highly recommend! Love your video's
I wear shoes because it helps me be productive. Some people don’t wear shoes in the house at all. We leave ours in the garage for the most part but when I’m cleaning I find I get things done better with shoes on for some reason.
I do have a boyfriend and unfortunately his side of the mirror is also ALWAYS disgusting😂 I don’t know how or why but you’re not the only one trust me🙄

That’s how it was in Oregon too. We got out mid June and went back right after Labor Day

We have a short haired cat and an Australian cattle/Blue heeler mix 1 yr pup . Seems like we vacuum every other day at least . 😂
