I love what you said at the end of the video. ❤❤ It should be ok if someone chooses cosmetic surgery or not, to wear makeup or not. I read that Pamela went without makeup as a tribute to her makeup artist and friend that past away. Since she is without her friend Pamela chose to be without makeup.
I would think she also had blapheroplasty on her upper eyelids. In her recent Vogue video, you can see scaring around her eyes. That said, Pamela recently reinvented herself as a face of body positivity. She embraces changes of life, and I am there for it!! Go Pam!
I honestly think she’s the worst das of body positivity we could have. She’s one of the reasons we had terrible self esteem in the 90s plus all the plastic surgery.
4:35 I recently turned 51 and am starting to see infra-brow hollowing, more so on the left side than right. I’ve been wearing sunscreen and sunblock clothing since the early 90s to prevent extrinsic aging (which I read occurs starting at age 60), but am now experiencing intrinsic aging that sunblock cannot, like bony resorption and fat atrophy. I didn’t know what was happening to the upper eyelid though, and am pleased to hear from Dr. Gary that this is normal. I still have acne, and at 50, I was diagnosed with extra-sensitive skin and eczema, so my skin requires me to cover up against the elements, and I am thankful for those pimple patches that are on the market now. Best wishes and take care.
I cannot believe she has had that much work, she has lines and looks her age in many photos ect. If she has had anything it is minimal and I can only respect and love her for this, especially when she was classed as one of the most beautiful women in the world when younger, and she still looks lovely today, with or without make up.
And u are right she hasn't had much work done. He doesn't know what's he's talking about. Saying she's had botox...he must haven't seen her documentary on Netflix when they showed her face close up and she has lines and wrinkles. If she had botox she would be wrinkle free. Also saying she had a brow lift when she CLEARLY shaves her eyebrows off and draws them on higher...I use to do this and never had a brow lift..smh
She's had a ton of work from the get-go. Was girl-next-door pretty with her darker hair and sweet smile when she started out - much better looking imo. The no-makeup declaration was likely a cover for laser treatment, her face was blotchy. Her look is too affected for my taste and her pushing soft prn did a lot of damage to her young female fans.
I think she's always been stunning and smart as hell. Compared to a lot of famous women, she's aged beautifully. A facelift in her mid 50s. Some of them are doing them in their 20s and 30s.
Her surgeries were minimal but I guess not everyone has the courage to sport a look that's rare in Hollywood - a botox free face. Wrinkles aren't ugly. 🙁
We had a dermatologist at the medical clinic I worked at in the late 90’s who did Botox injections. I hadn’t heard of it and really wasn’t aware of how what could be done with Botox that was beyond the obvious. It’s really an incredible neurotoxin, and I appreciate it. 😊
Yes fully agree about her eyebrows. Too thin. And, During the 90s she also drew on thick dark eyebrows over her natural brows which I thought looked painted and artificial. She obviously believed she looked good this way. I never liked it, she was beautiful with her natural brows before she became famous.
Pamela is not only beautiful, but has taken very good care of her body for decades. She is a vegan and animal activist, and speaks up for her truth. She had surgeries but still has aged well. ❤
She is sooo lovely and yes she has done a lot for animals, but not sure how much weight that holds when these cosmetic surgery's and products have more than likely been tested on animals.
I don’t know that foregoing makeup was “brave” as much as it was a calculated decision due to the fact that she actually looks more youthful without makeup at this stage, which is often the case with older women. Some women have facial features that, as they age, look older with makeup. I’m one and so is she.
Pamela looks very beautiful without makeup 💄 ... anyways, there's just a 🤏 little bit mascara and a very thin, light eyeliner-line on the upper eyelid so I would say it's not 100% natural but 95%. Pamela Anderson seems to be a very nice, humble and down to earth person ✌
I don't really know why people applaud Pammy for being so refreshing and brave about going make-up free. She is just like the rest of the celebrities, having quite a bit of work done then spear heading 'natural ageing'. It's quite disingenuous and hypocritical.
Thank you. I’ve been saying this ever since she took on the barefaced look. That’s usually what they do after they get their new face. She clearly had a nose job - you’d have to be blind not to see that. And going without make up is not all it takes to have the natural look, it just means you’re not wearing make up. I’m not saying she looks bad. I’m just saying it’s obvious that she’s had work done; whether she denies it or other people can’t see it is irrelevant at this point.
I agree with almost everything you have posited that she has had done, the facelift is very obvious to me. interesting that you suggested a lip lift, you’re quite right this does look like it was done - I had never noticed this before. I was surprised however that you didn’t reference the quite surgical appearance that her eyes have taken on; I would be pretty confident in asserting that she’s had both upper and lower bleph done at some point.
It's not a lip lift. It was a lip implant as those were popular in the 90s. Pryikina Chopra had one done, and it had the same effect on her. A lip lift will only lift 2/3 of a lip, and there is absolutely no sign of a scar in anyone of Pam's pictures. Her lip is full throughout the entire way and has a particular unevenness that only lip implants provide. They also give the appearance of a shorter philtrum and a filliped up lip. Lorry hill does a good job explaining it in the breakdown of Pryikina Chopra video and her lip.
What about a rhinoplasty? I think she has a lovely nose, but to my eye, it doesn't exactly look natural. It looks operated, but tastefully, if that makes sense. The bridge is very skinny relative to the base. The bridge also looks more scooped out, and the tip more upturned, than you'd see in most people's natural anatomy (then again, she's Pamela Anderson--of course she doesn't look like the rest of us).
I have a similar nose--no surgery. In my case, I wore heavy eyeglasses from 2 years old onward and the bridge of my nose didn't grow under the weight. The result is an underdeveloped bridge--or scooped out--as you say, and an upturned, cartilidgey tip.
She is on an inspiring path of self love and a wonderful reminder to step onto our path and celebrate our life and discover how truly beautiful we are… its an inside job :)

Pamela and Pryikina Chopra both have a lip implant to the upper lip. You can see the same effect on their lip in their before and after. That is the unevenness the lip implant does to the lip itself. Also, these were popular procedures in the 90s, and there is no scar evidence on pam to support a lip lift. Furthermore, the fullness you get from the lip implant will create a look of a shorter philtrum. A lip lift only lifts 2/3 of a lip, and her entire lip is 100% not only full all the way across but flips up like an implant with the slight unevenness that you get with an implant. Check out lorry hills video on Pryikina Chopra.

Dr. Gary, at 5:14, don't those lines at the top of her nose indicate she's had Botox in her forehead? I never see those lines (bunny lines?) in a normal smile but I do see them in women with Botoxed foreheads. It seems like since the forehead is immobile, the wrinkles migrate somewhere else. That was mind-blowing re fat cells having memory. A totally different subject but l always thought organ transplants must also remember the donor they came from too. The human body amazes me every single day.
I think you are onto somthing regarding organ transplants. Some time ago I watched an interview of a guy who received a new heart. He did say that he felt different after, as far as emotions go. So that would make sense.

With the recent Beckham documentary just released I would love to see your take on David Beckham’s possible facial work. He obviously still looks amazing and very much like his younger self, but is it really all natural? 🤔
I'd like to see.... you analyze older actresses ....from the 1930 s...& 40..... To see how there faces changed...... maybe .. Jean Harlow...just or .. Greta Garbo.........my opinion..😊
Everybody wants to say she has aged beautiful. You cannot say a person who resorts to surgeries aged well. Isn't that the reason they have the surgeries, because they are not aging well? Am I the only person who thinks she doesn't look well without the makeup?
Truthfully, she doesn't look bad but she is not aging beautifully without the makeup. It has been known for years that Pam has had surgeries and other cosmetic procedures. Unfortunately, she may have started too young having procedures. Many procedures don't last for years so many find themselves having more procedures. She also had work on her body. Hopefully, she is happier with herself now & will not continue having cosmetic surgeries; try to maintain & take care of her skin & health.
Her nose has changed a lot too . Fillers galore , lips etc . These people are in the spotlight of course they’ve mucked about with their looks . You failed to mention the work on her nose
With all that surgery, I'm not sure I would call Pam brave for going without makeup. She looks great for her age, but she has had a lot of surgical assistance.
I agree. She can go without makeup now because her face is as smooth as a baby with no wrinkles. If she didn't have the 175,000 worth of procedures/treatments would she still be going out makeup free? I think not.
Agree, Dr. Linkov just told us what he believed she's had done, true bravery would mean that she'd done nothing to her face. And while I'm all for the no makeup look, her hair was a ratty mess and her clothing choices were terrible. Take a look at Christy Turlington, 54, NO Botox or any kind of surgery, minimal makeup and a fresh appearance. She'd never appear at Paris Fashion Week looking like an unmade bed. That move by Anderson came off as calculated and fake, it she was really going "all natural" her hair would be its true color...grey.

Can you do Elizabeth Hurley please? 🤞🏼
She is a timeless beauty and an inspiration.
Pamela Anderson is a beauty icon
Look I understand you do plastic surgeon and I am new to your channel but I did see you do 1 or 2 skincare videos. I was hoping one day you could touch on at home devices, such as LED light masks and if they may make future plastic surgery more difficult.
I think Pamela looks better than most her age in Hollywood. Definitely more natural. She hasn't overdone things like some of them have. She didn't start have serious things done to early either.
IS it a joke?
Please do Barry Gibb (from the Bee Gees)!!!
With the recent Beckham documentary just released I would love to see your take on David Beckham’s possible facial work. He obviously still looks amazing and very much like his younger self, but is it really all natural? 🤔
Hé could have botox
Looks like he has had a lot of dental work done and hair thickening procedure....he's got the money so he could be having facials etc too....
Yikes! Was not expecting to see a skinless decapitated model head on a surgical tray! 😳 6:57
OMG! I am SHOCKED, just SHOCKED that anyone would think that she has had plastic surgery
Its easy to see she had surgery
Youre being sarcastic, right? Lol
She was first known for her huge breast implants. Not so big now.
@@ChristinalacrevetteOh nooooo! Say it isnt so! Next you willl tell me Michael Jackson had it too!
Seems very sarcastically, lol
Very helpful
Why wasn’t the rhinoplasty addressed - after 2013 the nose is completely different
Talented, (more talented than she is given credit for) funny, down to earth, living a useful life, and now writing a vegan cookbook.
Honestly ,I did not realize her !
This girl has great natural beauty to begin with; very Finnish/Scandinavian bone structure. She is looking amazig these days without makeup.
I been doing makeup free for years except on occasional nite out 💁🏼♀️
I'd like to see.... you analyze older actresses ....from the 1930 s...& 40.....
I just love her ! Beauty inside and out!
Her nose has changed a lot too . Fillers galore , lips etc . These people are in the spotlight of course they’ve mucked about with their looks . You failed to mention the work on her nose
Very nice video. Exact and informative with good advice
With all that surgery, I'm not sure I would call Pam brave for going without makeup. She looks great for her age, but she has had a lot of surgical assistance.
nah, so far just some filler and botox. She is still brave; she is a public figure after all. Her looks will always be under scrutiny.
@@brosplit Vanessa Paradis is more natural than pamela Anderson
100% agree. So much press grabbing bs. Lol
Great video!
The fact that fat cells retain the memory of where they came from, is such a revelation to me!
It was well known that she had collagen lip fillers, so did Goldie Hawn. Most of them did. in the late 90s.
dr Gary, whats your opinion on PRF\ezgel specifically for under eyes?
Compared to other stars with a successful career, she did not spend too much money on her appearance, which means she is very confident.
Hahahaha!
Lol it's like asking "Did the kid in the candy store have any candy"?
Pamela Anderson looks incredible ❤️❤️
I think she is wonderful.
Pamela is one of them ladies that was born beautiful, perfect smile, who needs make-up when you look that good 💞💓💕
What do u think of Jane Fonda plastic surgery doctor?
@drgarylinkov could you please do priscilla presley ?
I used to not care for your plastic surgery analyses but wow, your videos are getting better. The structure of this video is much better than your earlier analyses
