Fr. Matthew, thank you for sharing to us the life story of St. Rose of Lima. It’s a beautiful and edifying story that helps us reflect our own experiences in life and where we stand now before God. Although each one of us is unique and have different struggles in life, but the road to sainthood is the same way that Jesus proclaim for us to follow. It’s the humble, simple, childlike and obedient to Jesus’ words, who can freely walk in peace, love and joy despite the heavy cross willingly carried on to eternity and for God’s glory. We must aspire the holiness that God wants us to reach with a firm determination, supported by His grace and our total commitment in the process of transformation.
