I think as I’m trying to re-comp my body, I’m having a hard time accepting that you will put on weight because you built muscle. Like my butt feels super hard and firm because it’s been growing but now I’m bigger as a whole as it’s messing with my mindset
I’m trying to lose 15- 20 lbs before the New Year 🤞🏾
Sleep helps me not eat bad things and portions
Question! Did you weigh relatively the same weight after gaining the muscle? I want to do a recomp but not at the weight I’m at right now, I’m 20 pounds over my regular weight.
Gaining muscle will definitely add weight, but incorporating more cardio/healthier diet allowed me to lose more fat & got me to a lower weight even with the muscle over time 🫶🏾

Did you eat 3 meals and 2 snacks or just all meals for the day??
