Thank you so much, I watched one of your vídeos and you motivated mentors go on my walk once again, I had fallen off the wagon and couldn’t get back up and I would just sit and binge watch Netflix or youtube. But by watching your videos u mention that you paired walking with walking and let me tell you that I usually just walk for 30 min but I put a video that was 50 minutes long and I walked through the whole video and god a good sweat and it feels great. 🎉❤I got some steps in after a long time. Cuz of you. Thank you so much.
I’m trying to lose 15- 20 lbs before the New Year 🤞🏾
you are so nicee, love from italy🫶🏻
Thank you so much! 😊🫶🏾
I’m 5’6 and 157. I would love to lose about 15-20 lbs.
I’m so happy you popped up in my feed! 🥰. I watch about 6 hours of Netflix a day (I know that’s a damn shame 😂) but…anywoo…I never thought to use that time to walk! That’s really a great idea! So…Thank You! Now…if my ass falls off the treadmill…I’m coming back for you! 😂. This was a great video! Good Luck on your journey and I wish your channel much success! ❤️
I can watch Netflix all day too 😅 and be careful! But you got this 💪🏾😄 Thank you for watching 🫶🏾
Did you eat 3 meals and 2 snacks or just all meals for the day??
How long did it take to lose the weight with just walking?
About 3 months 💕
your traps look so good girl!!
Thank you! 😊💕
Sleep helps me not eat bad things and portions
girl, I really love your content! As a fellow girlie who's also into fitness and health, I really value what you have to say. Now, don't take this the wrong way because it could also just be my own phone acting up, but in this video, the audio seems very quiet and because of the background noise I have in my house, it's a little hard to hear. Again, it could just be my phone, but I thought I'd let you know for the future! Lots of love ❤️
Thank you, and I’m glad you enjoyed the video 😊💕💕 I will definitely look into that for next time 🫶🏾
I’m 250lbs. Trying so hard to eat better. But yup I’ve started consistently walking 10k steps since August2024. Yuh walking while watching tv on my walking pad is such a cheat lol. I love listening to music while walking as well. Lately Sundays I take my kid to the playground and we stay out there for like 2 hours. Whole time I’m walking in circles getting my steps in. I love when I can walk and benefits other ways. Fitbit is amazing on keeping track of steps and my walking pad keeps up with time n calories and miles. ❤ cool video
Yes finding different ways to work in more steps is 🔑! It’s great you can combine that with time with your child 😊…You are doing great, keep going 💪🏾💕
I enjoyed this video thank you 😊😊😊
I’m so glad ☺️💕
I think as I’m trying to re-comp my body, I’m having a hard time accepting that you will put on weight because you built muscle. Like my butt feels super hard and firm because it’s been growing but now I’m bigger as a whole as it’s messing with my mindset
The mall walks are my jam, in ac, no sweating, and I get 8000+ steps in To add more spice to it, I now walk laps in the mall and anytime I see stairs I go up and walk until I see the next stair case I walk down which gets my heart going. I make 5000 steps then go sit in the food court, do some work on my phone, or go watch cinema movie, then come out and make the next 5000 steps It’s like entertainment, getting work done, and hitting my fitness goals all in one since I work from home but I’m scared to be home alone in the rainy season thunderstorms to the mall has been my best friend lately 😂
I love how you’re taking it up a notch too with the stairs! That’s amazing, and very time efficient, getting all those benefits in one! 💪🏾💕
Question! Did you weigh relatively the same weight after gaining the muscle? I want to do a recomp but not at the weight I’m at right now, I’m 20 pounds over my regular weight.
Gaining muscle will definitely add weight, but incorporating more cardio/healthier diet allowed me to lose more fat & got me to a lower weight even with the muscle over time 🫶🏾
@@kokoa881 noted, thank you so much! <3
Making my own iced coffee at home 200 calories or less was the best decision I’ve ever made. Add collagen or whatever else i decide. Also replacing juice with coconut water and frozen fruit. I want to lose 25-30 pounds. 😅
Yes that is very smart, knowing exactly what is going into it! You got this 💪🏾
Hey koko, i am starting my Weight loss journey and my priority for movement is daily steps. Would you mind starting a walking challenge for accountability? For that matter, what do you think about different monthly challenges to better our health?❤
Yes of course! I have thought of this and definitely plan to. Glad to see that’s something you would love 🫶🏾…Stay tuned 💕
@@kokoa881 I'm so excited! I love your videos..they are so motivating!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
LOL you're kind is so lazy... always quitting in life...
lol
@@kokoa881 just kidding. Nursing is extremely toxic in most hospitals.
They are actually just numbers according to the legal system they set up. Remember "A license is given to permission to perform something that is illegal" that goes for any license
And this isn't just a nursing issue, it's an issue for everyone because we all will be patients one day. Think of being cared for by people who are more concerned with their petty dramas than focused on the care they're giving you. It's really frightening. As a nurse myself, I've been fortunate to only deal with mistreatment while still in my BSN program with another student once, and once with an instructor who was not just a bully, but a liar also. Looking back, I really wish I hadn't trained and entered a female-dominated field. I should've become an engineer or something. 😢 I was going toward my interest in caring for people. It was something I did a lot of while growing up helping with my aging grandparents. Also, both of my grandmothers were RNs. They still had some of their friends from their nursing school programs, and were all lovely, kind women. Wow have times changed. 🙄 In my experiences with women, I'd say 75% are caddy, backstabbing, and lack integrity. And that's overall. In the workplace, these types are unprofessional and downright dangerous for the public. Sadly, people in the healthcare field aren't screened for mental issues...and I think we should be.
I definitely need to get my steps back up. When I was a mail carrier I was getting at least 20k or more. Since I left I’m not getting anywhere near that
Thank you for sharing Queen, much appreciated.
Unfortunately, hospitals are a business. Admin reaps the rewards, the rest toe the line.

You’re so welcome, thank you for watching 💕
Thank you so much for this video! I'm determined to lose weight after gaining a bunch last year. These are really great tips!
You are so welcome, and you got this 💪🏾💕
At most rn is 1000-5000 on a good day. My goal is definitely 10,000
Great video and informative ❤ Thank you
Thank you, and glad you enjoyed 🥰
I started my one hour walking yesterday It was easier than I thought But this morning I felt the most heaviest headache and high body temperature 🤒 but it stopped after an hour of good sleep 😴 ,I'm not stopping tho I want to challenge myself for a month
My job is about 3 miles away so for 4 weeks now I have decided to walk to work 6 days a week. Takes me an hour and 15 minutes and about 8000 steps in to start my day.
That’s a great way to get your steps and get active before work…kudos to you!
Good tips.
Glad you enjoyed 🫶🏾💕
I started walking every day about two weeks ago. At first it was just 30 minutes up and down our shared driveway but i started walking on the side of the road for an hour a few days later so i could have some shade 😂 We dont have sidewalks, but it's not a super busy street. I'll see maybe 3-8 cars depending on the time of day. That gives me nearly 7000 steps and then it's pretty easy to get that extra 3000 just throughout the day. I have to grease myself up in sunscreen to walk in the middle of the day and it's really annoying. It's so hot I started chafing where my arms rub my shirt and even where my necklace was rubbing my neck. I even got a heat rash where my waist folds one day 😂 I really enjoy walking but I just need to make it work for my body health and skin health at the same time. I walked this morning for the first time and it was so much cooler but there were more cars since people were getting their kids to school and heading to work. I'm still experimenting with it to pick the best time but I'm not giving up.
That’s amazing that you started, and starting small! You will find the best routes and times for you I’m sure 💕

How long did it take to lose the weight? Also it would be great to see before and after pictures
I have before/after pics on some other weight loss vids on my page, and also my thumbnails 😊…it took about 4 months 🫶🏾
Hey, thank you for the video. How long did it take for you to lose the 30lbs?
You’re so welcome 😊 it took about 4 months 💕
Hi, If you don’t mind me asking, around how old are you? Dont have to give your exact age- I understand that may be personal. I’m just asking to see if this will be just as beneficial for me as you .. I know age difference /hormones plays a part in weight loss as well.. I’m going to walk though because I know it has great benefits. But I’m asking to see if the 10,000 steps will work for me as it did you as well..
Hey sure! Definitely a lot of factors can come into play…but I’m in my 30s 😊…hope that helps 🫶🏾
Thank you for this video. I’m going to start walking this week 😊
Of course, you got this!
And omg yes the mood swings! They’re so condescending and nasty but then two seconds later they act like your best friend it threw me for a loop then they want to say “don’t be afraid to ask questions.” But they roll their eyes at you and get angry when you do
Girl I don’t even work nursing but my manager is the exact same way I’m literally doing my job and he has to tell me what to do while I’m doing it. He demands me around raising his voice and telling me to get over here right now! Snatching things out my hand and taking over whatever I’m working on then yelling at me that he isn’t going to do the job for me. I almost walked out last week I don’t get paid enough it’s minimum wage. They’re on a power trip…
I just started walking again two weeks ago. I walk during my 30-minute lunch. I eat a healthy breakfast in the morning. I usually eat when i get home. I drink plenty of water
I recently started working as a home health nurse. The nurse that i shadow went behind my back and complained to the high level manager so now i am on unpaid administrative leave. If they fired me so well okay if not i will resign anyway. Very toxic and backstabbing a lot
I want corporate walking daily I also want a walking pad but haven’t been able to find one for my weight capacity
I would have wrote in incident report on the charge nurse and preceptor for their conductive and for throwing you to the wolves when you still needed guidance.
The fact that nobody talks about the book Woman’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
I do 10,000 every day . I have lost 28 pounds so far Congratulations on your journey
Congrats, how long have you been walking?
Ten thousands steps is no joke I need 90 minutes for it ,so I do 60 in the morning while the kids are at daycare and school. And 30 minutes after dinner when my husband is with the kids. We have to come up with more tricks 😂.
It is really not a joke, but that’s amazing how you’re carving in the time!
You nailed this with great tricks. I will take the favorite cafe and new workout set 😂. 🫶
Yes, that little extra boost we need! 😄
I was contemplating being a nurse until I started looking up nursing testimonial videos on RUclips. I'll just stay a SAHW!
I’m a nurse too. When I get off work at midnight I’m usually starving, so it’s REALLY hard to not run over to a fast food place before going home.😣I do pediatric home health care so it’s touch and go on me eating enough during the shift. You so read my mind!! I definitely need to get outside and walk before my brain knows what I’m doing! 😂
Yes that’s the key! Let your brain figure it out after the fact 😅
