Its completely broken in its current state, the tram pod is stuck in fixed position on the dev server but should be able to move 360 degrees and maintain the laser lock (thats the whole idea with the tram pod). These low altitude bomb runs shown in this clip are a fantasy at 10.0 or higher (in most cases) and can be done better with an A-4E sitting at 8.7. I dont care if they move it up to 10.7 but the tram pod should work as intended if anyone is paying 70 bucks for it.

God... Even the tram is broken now not counting how the mig29 x-ray is basically f14 as placeholder. Wonder when the update gonna be dropped in this state

Gaijin seriously needs to pick up their shit and start giving more aircraft Flares around the 8.7-10.0 ranges if theyre gonna start giving all-aspect missiles to increasingly more capable aircraft. It was one thing for the A-10 to have them, it's abysmally shit because of how slow and easy to kill it is and it's justified having 9L's at 10.0 or 10.3. Crossing the line was giving the SU-25's all-aspect missiles at only 9.7 despite being eons better than an A-10. This is going to be the same situation. A-10s at 10.0/10.3 tops can be warranted even if hopefully one day both of them are un-nerfed; SU-25s and this thing should be 10.7 minimum. The A-6E and SU-25's are twice as fast and due to that they are far more potent and maneuverable than the A-10.
Regardless this thing will be fun, i just hope it gets put at an appropriate BR so i dont feel like a scumbag using it.
I believe the A6E's Br is subject to change. Strong, STRONG chance it goes to 10.7/11.0. Hell this plane is super similar to the Harrier at 11.3

@@gunfightrr_ Yes, because it sits inside Su-25's turn circle and because planes in DCS works a little bit different. In WT, especially in game modes with markers Su-25 will win 7\10 times
They need to stop balancing attackers like they’re fighters.
@@henrywhite2228 the only way they can do that is if Gaijin actually does something good for the game for once and Improves ground targets for slower ground attackers. Spread them out so it's not always in the middle of the map under the furball, add mini bases only visible to A-10s or any other future planes that are that slow, that are closer to your spawn.
Having 9Ls is fine, but they need to make it so in downtiers they are downgraded to 9Gs so it's not so overwhelming. They also need to have a limit. 2 A-10s and SU-25s per team max.
If they aren't going to give planes in the 8.7-10.0 range flares, they need to do that.
They still need to fix the A-10s and correct them.
I'm going to cry in my F104. F104 is 9.7 and has 2 AIM-9B with no flare. SU-25, A-10, A-5 all have flare and good missile. Now this, 4 AIM-9L at 10.0. Really??
70 bucks for a subsonic jet that will get wrecked by AA. pass
I got it because I love doing CAS and I do not regret it. I rarely get killed by SPAA and can usually bomb them without them seeing me. I can get 5 to 7 kills on a good game while still carrying a single aim9L to defend myself.

Premiums are fine, the problem is this community hasnt gotten gaijin to drop the stupid fucking statistical balancing and to let the experienced players in the community balance things. (people who have been playing a long time like me) and we also havent gotten them to start taking our goddamn advice on vehicles before releasing them and them doing scummy things.

@@fire_drake12.arc.24 sorry, should have elaborated. Totally agree premiums are ok, I meant more buying premiums at this price as it sends a message to Gaijin that they can charge whatever they want, increasing excessively so.

A7-E: BR 10.7, 5 TV bombs which can be operated only in daytime and 2 mediocre backward-looking AA missiles
A6-E: BR 10.0, the ability to create a setup with 5 (9 if not AA missiles) bombs which can work at any time of day and two all-angle best in game missiles at the moment

Honestly really underwhelming in the ground attack department. Can't keep target lock past the nose, so GBUs aren't very effective since you have to fly directly at the target to keep guidance active. Four AIM-9Ls are good in Air RB, but at 10.0 it'll face things very capable of fighting or avoiding it completely.
I hope your last sentence is just a joke, because at 10.0 it will face things that doesn't even have flares, if we talk about 9.0-10.0 (most of planes at these br's don't have them). And I doubt that you know a way to dodge 9L at distances greater than 1km.

See, this is why I keep saying that Gaijin's matchmaking brackets are fucking ridiculous. Full up-tiers are suffering, while full down-tiers are like stomping children, but they refuse to close the bracket even to 0.7 instead of 1.0.

Херня этот ваш трам, бесполезный в танковых боях на 10.0. В авиационных тоже, скорее всего, будет посредственный. А-10, хотя бы манëвренный, а этот будет бревном с плохой динамикой.
