Isn’t it amazing how one guy (who is very business smart) can walk into a company and completely change it for the better (If they take heed to his advice). I believe this is Mike Andes gift that he’s using for good.

What I like about Mike is that he doesn’t talk to blow up his ego and look good on camera, he talks because he’s truly dissecting the business and truly wants to help the people he’s talking to, not setting them up to sell them something. Camera off or camera on, he would do the same.

I hope things work out for them, my only confusion was the ending about the recap. Why choose to go to growth con after seeing data that last GC event was not beneficial? 33vs3 seems to be a large difference and cost to Miami does not seem to line up. I am local born and raised love that GC brought business to Florida but don't see the value add here. (Maybe I am wrong and they both crush it but that's a major risk on the already data shown)
My other thought is great business model with the leads but why choose a sales conference to sell other businesses? Why not hit up where service industry to meet some of the client potential Acquisitions?

I’m super stuck on a lot of this me and my coworker wants to start a landscaping, window cleaning, gutter, pressure washing Business. But I see him say charge 80$ and hour, and where I’m at people only pay 30-40$ for lawn care. How do I grab the attention from my customer so they will pay the 200$+ bill instead of saying “ehh I have someone who does it for 35-45$?” Is this an economy thing for where I’m at? This is the only thing stopping me from pushing forward, is only being able to charge less the. 50$ in my area!!

Mike i can't watch this video. I own my business people like this who telemarket me are a pain in my ass. People don't want someone pestering them trying to see them. If I need something I will get it myself. I either get one of these pests or a robo call 10 times a day. These calls i have over 400 of them blocked on my phone. Thats not enough i still get them. No matter what I do to block these pests they find another number to bother me.
People hate telemarketing, we dont want to be bothered. Leave us alone.

I'm not kidding people who leave us a voice-mail and wait for a call back, I sell them almost 90% of the time. When I answer the phone calls, most of the time are customers shopping around, and I sell them 37% of the time. I don't ask, but it seems like when they leave a message, they are word of mouth customers. I should probably ask.
