im currently struggling with alcoholism, iv been drinking a pint to a 5th a day for over 2 years. im honestly worried about the withdrawal.....hope i can beat this.
Just decrease slowly bro you’ll be okay, I was the same way about 6 months ago. Now I’m down to a pint to a 5th per week of whisky just depends on the week some are better than others! Just gotta come up with a plan to decrease slowly and then try and take it down more and more slowly. Trust it’ll be for the better!!

I have multiple autoimmune disease. My immune system is slowly attacking various systems and organs in my body and I've lived with the ever increasing damage for the last 20 years. I have no quality of life. Can't work, rarely leave the house, all over pain and never ending exhaustion that sleep never changes. Misery and just waiting to die.
