Started watching her from Masterji .. in 1985 ... she was our teenage obsession .... hain koi mai ka laal jo aisa acting kar saake? She conducted herself as queen till her last ... even after making comeback from long hiatus ...... no side role ... no multi-starer. Forever in my heart.
Man.! i remember this scene like yesterday when i saw the movie years ago.! people literally shouted and whistled when sridevi says "may I".! It definitely made me realize how much I may have troubled my mom when i was in school.

Such an amazing scene and the message is so relevant in any era. Sridevi didn’t deserve such a tragic mysterious death. She had so much more to give as a person and artist to this world. May her soul find peace.
