@@bobsmith1795I got my blessing in the middle of January, I got assigned to Ephraim, which seems to common among Church members due to the roll of gathering Israel.

You did so well. As a young teenager, I gained a testimony. My parents were in the Church of England and forbade me to get baptised. At that time it was tradition in England that you were not adult until you were 21. So, 3 weeks after I turned 21, I was baptised!!! That was in 1981. Thanks for sharing your testimony. I still have my testimony, too.😊

You're such a a bright young guy. As I listen I'm in awe how you got all this in your head and you keep it straight. You have a good head on your shoulders. When I joined more than 30+ years I did it without telling my parents, but my experience turned out differently. You are very blessed to have had your parents except and support you. My parents both have passed and have a sister that still resents that I am a member of the Church. It seems like the Lord as some great plans for you. God bless as you navigate through life you will do well. I wouldn't doubt that you will one day serve in the 11th Quorum of the Seventy.😅

I didnt know about not entering into another religions place of worship. So glad you could find a unique way to address that! Covid made things weird, and my friend's daughter got baptized in the Relief Society president's pool! When there is a will there is a way!!
I love hearing conversion stories! This episode was one of the best because of his enthusiasm and attitude. Greatful to the Lord for inspiring individuals like Frankie. I have an amazing grandson Frankie's age they are like two peas in a pod, so upbeat and amazing.

He certainly has the passion! I didn't know until she passed that my Mom was investigating. We lived on opposite ends of the country. This young man's testimony has reinforced me.
Nevermo but I watch a lot of content like this. My son is this same age and I was SOsoSO close to naming him Frankie, but ultimately Francis became his middle name. He's about 100% of 180 from this kid. 😂🤣😂

I was born and raised a Pentecostal and never agreed with the church. So I stopped practicing I'd say 2009 - 2010 ish. I remember at the time I was living with an LDS couple they did not shove LDS beliefs down my throat at all but I remember looking at the husband and saying I'm looking for something but I don't know what and before I know it within an hour of saying that I get a book of Mormon shoved under my door with him writing something inside of it.I still have that Book of Mormon by the way and met with the missionaries and converted asked my parents to be at the baptism they would not come because they believed I was joining a cult and they absolutely hate the LDS church and they have not spoken to me since. They said they believed that Pentecostal is the way I was raised that way why don't I know better why did I get involved with LDS this is ridiculous but I mean if I wasn't converted I have a way better understanding of the Gospel within 11 years of being in the LDS church then I did being in the Pentecostal church for 20 some years before I stopped going so that just shows what my father thinks he knows and if it wasn't for the LDS church I never would have gone to the singles ward met my husband we would never have gotten married and we would not have a child together.
