Here in canine relationship distal inclination of max. 1st molar occludes with mesial inclination of 1st premolar

hlo doctor I have malocclusion in one side only so my one side jaw is straight but otherside is smooth and good
another problem the affected side is little wider so do I need surgery or normal orthodontic braces can fix it
Please please reply me doctor I have severe TMJ and ear popping
