    This recipe is SO GOOD! Everyone in the family gets excited when I make it-even the dog! The smell alone is amazing. We always cook a huge batch, and as soon as we run out, we’re ready to make more. Thank you for teaching me how to properly clean and cook greens. You’ve truly elevated our favorite dishes, and you’re hands-down my favorite cooking creator!

    I'm so glad to see that collard green knowledge will live on! These people with these so called historic restaurants out here cuttin' up unclean greens, stems and all for $12 a side.🤦🏽 Thank you for teaching 'em the right way. 👍🏾

    My grandmother and mama never used turkey wings in Arkansas when making collards-we used ham hocks. I might have to give the wings a try if I can find them here in Arizona.

    Do you clean them with baking soda or no?

    • @kdsbeauty3502
      @kdsbeauty3502 Месяц назад +1

      Some ppl do but she didn’t. She only used vinegar and coarse salt.

    • @ThatGirlCanCook_
      @ThatGirlCanCook_  Месяц назад

      Hey there! I usually do one or the other but never both as baking soda neutralizes the vinegar making it less effective for cleaning. :)
