Thank you Corrine for your video and company today. I have a tin that I throw stitchy things in so this will be perfect ,organised, brilliant idea. My friend has a tiny cottage but her land has a lake in it. Don't know how many times young lads end up in it. Usually in winter or when it rains after a hot spell. Slippery roads/ sharp bend combination. I hope you manage to get a rest and have a lovely Easter and cuddles with the fudge. I don't know how you are managing all that you do at the moment with houses ,business and videos. You deserve a medal never mind a rest. We all really appreciate all that you do. Enjoy some quiet time.
Thank you so much Corrine for all you do because you give out so much to all of us. Please get rest and enjoy your weekend . Have a wonderful Easter 🌸🪡🧵♥️
Such a treat to find this video on an early Saturday morning here in the US (though recorded a while ago). Gorgeous projects! Loved hearing sweet Fudge talking to you💕💕 Our fur babies are such good company. Many thanks!
Just love the chat and ideas and execution, especially the tins. I am going to try one I think, but I want to try putting a couple of wee flat magnets , especially under the pin cushion, so I can lift it out if need be. Love the channel. Happy Easter.
I was in Australia for the first 12 days of March and - like you - as I went through airport security for my flight back to California, my scissors were confiscated. Such a bummer. I lost TWO pairs, all because I forgot to tuck them into my checked suitcase. Loved our trip to Australia and hope to visit again someday. I hear Susanna is having another retreat next year. Maybe...........
0:23 When you are traveling & want to take scissors & not have them taken away from you, take a self addressed envelope with you & if they try to take them away from you, say no, I will mail them back to myself!! Easy done…
I’m making one for my granddaughter who is 9 so I used not so vintage fabric if I was making for myself, but I think she will love it. Yours look wonderful!
Bandit by name, bandit by nature. Lol. My German Shepherd, Ginger, stole and ate the house painter's hot chips that the apprentice was sent to the corner shop to buy for the crew's lunch. It was years later when my son met the former apprentice and he told us about it. We're still laughing 6 years later.
Oh my gosh., my previous Hound Bentley (same as Bandit) stole a pie from some tiler’s .. so everyday they would bring lunch for Bentley too., they would all sit together and enjoy lunch! It was so cute!
These are so delightful Corrine. Thank you for so many lovely ideas. Fudge looks very good for 17! My 18 year old cat is still going strong but he is looking his age. I can see why you named him Fudge ❤🌷
Great project thank you. Definitely going to make one and please give your beautiful bandit a big kiss and cuddle from me he's such a lovely boy. Reminds me of my boys now passed ❤
We have a program called on patrol live on the weekends. They follow police officers on their patrol. A couple of weeks ago on the episode, a drunk women went right through the front of a house and through the back. Her car had landed on the back patio. She opened her door and got out wanting to know why she was being filmed. The homeowners weren’t home. Then last year, we are surrounded by lakes, and a speed boat careened through someone’s house. There were fatalities with that accident.
Hello your work is beautiful! I have a question about the stitchery swap. In a lavender one you had a stack of woodland fabric. Where did you get that and is it possible to buy a stack? Thank you!
Sharp maybe but will the keep moisture in the box/pad?? Like i want to make some things for my sewing like a ham/sleeve press. I dont know if to use just stuff it with saw dust, walnut shells or just cut up some wool fabrics!! Plz need help.
I have used stuffing many times.. works well.. I only tried walnut shell recently.. so far good.. it will also help sharpen the pins and needles.. but if all you can get is stuffing that is more than fine. Never tried saw dust.. the dust concerns me.
Oh my goodness your pussy cat made me cry.He looks so much like my mate Cheyenne who passed away last year aged 10.Hopefully I will be able to sew along wth you as I purchased the house panel too.Love your work. x
Oh don’t cry! Don’t be sad. But I know what you mean.. Casper .. Fudge’s brother passed late last year.. it has left a whole! It makes Fudge even more precious.. they are 17
Some things can be carried into flying but not, sorry to hear they confiscated yr scissors!! Call next time to see what you can take. Use the little boxes of teeth flossing for a knife. They wont take that maybe put it in your pocket/handbag. Put it on a chain/use yr tin.
Watching and hand quilting a baby quilt. Such a peaceful way to spend some time.

Sounds great in theory, but I've never seen a post box at an airport. I'm happy to be proved wrong, of course.
Yeah.. in Australia once you get to that section..no turning back.. tell your story walking!! And hand over the lethal weapon that is 2” long!
Cats can be so demanding and they usually don't have patience 😅Lovely tins! Happy Easter, Corrine ❤
I’m making one for my granddaughter who is 9 so I used not so vintage fabric if I was making for myself, but I think she will love it. Yours look wonderful!
Sounds great! She will treasure that gift.. one day she will be a ytuber and reflect on you and that gift.. lol sounds familiar! lol

I live in the us. Could you tell me where i could buy french fabrics.
French General makes beautiful French inspired and reproductions. Available at many quilt shops and on line. Seems that they all coordinate.
Totally agree French General is a great place too start .. I was lucky to visit Paris on a textile tour.. but they are running low!!
I think French General are based in California. They have beautiful fabrics.
what's the difference between tatting and crocheting?
The icing on the cake.. the frosting!
Lol..bigger than Ben Hur. Never heard that before.
It’s an oldie!
