- This video features an awesome looking unmarked BMW X5M, part of the West Midlands Ambulance Service, and the epic Audi Q7 from the Wales Air Ambulance, along with other emergency vehicles and police cars from the UK.
Not entirely sure the role of the undercover X5, but is being driven by WMAS staff.

I definetly like the look of the Q7 there, but I also liked the now former Porsche Cayenne and Porsche 911 doctor cars in Germany, just like some of their G-Class doctor cars
German cars have to be the nicest looking overall fair play

Sadly, we don't have Audi or BMW emergency vehicles but have Dodge, Chevy, and Ford emergency vehicles instead. These are beautiful vehicles:)

@@youking4861 I live in US in Virginia. I lived in NYC my early years in bayridge Brooklyn NYC.
@@kaz633 we use the Ford Taurus Interceptor, Ford explorer Interceptor, Dodge Durango pursuit, Dodge charger pursuit, Chevy Caprice PPV, Chevy impala PPV, Chevy Tahoe PPV, and Ford Crown victoria Interceptor p71. Crown vic is still in service in my area. All the new police cars in the US having over 350HP and do 150+mph. The most powerful police car we have is the 2020 Ford explorer Interceptor which now has 400hp with a 3.5L V6 twin turbo EcoBoost with a 10 speed automatic transmission. The least powerful is the crown victoria Interceptor with 250HP from a 4.6L V8 4 speed and 130mph top speed. The Dodge charger pursuit hemi now has AWD with the same 5.7L V8 hemi with 375hp and 5 speed automatic and 150+mph top speed.

Question... whatz the point of having an unmarked unit, if you are just gonna put a light bar on top for all the world to see?
If it has a light bar, it's probably a detachable one and used by either fire officers or specialist paramedics/doctors. Sometimes these are used as personal cars as well as responding, hence why they are unmarked. I do not believe I have ever seen an unmarked police car with a non-removable light bar, and even then rarely with one of them. 90% of the time they are either ambulance or fire vehicles. In the case of the white BMW, you can see that they are wearing NHS ambulance uniforms. The unit is likely an officer or doctor/specialist paramedic vehicle. These are often unmarked but not to be undercover as such.

@@tibgaming8184 Very well explained, I live in the Highlands of Scotland, many GP`s in rural areas even off duty can be on call and respond in their own vehicles.
Hence the attatchable blue lights. No doubt it has saved countless lives, some people just dont get it and think every doctor has to be in an ambulance.
Never mind the light bar the grill lights are off centre and my ocd is triggered 🤣

Driver training vehicle. The additional seats are for student drivers and the rear is set up with a tv screen and seats in the back to watch driving replays.

Unmarked ambulance cars are usually issued to officers for responce to major incidents, many use them for specialist roles such as advanced paramedic or critical care
The RAV4 Hybrids don’t half have some equipment on board, solar panels and leisure batteries to run all the electronics
Hi, a spot I would recommend is the intersection by Tesco garage and power league football next to the high school as there’s things like ambulances, unmarked and marked police cars and there’s the fire station next to it, not to long ago I saw about 6 ARVS marked/unmarked and a unmarked van.

There was a police force somewhere in the UK which seized a drug dealers car and instead of scrapping the car they used it as a police car just to annoy the drug dealer q7 are very rarely used for emergency vehicles.

From what I can see the ARV works by driving very fast in a line of expensive cars then jumping out pointing guns and shouting a lot. This results in the bad guy crapping his pants and giving up.
Thanks for watching. ARV all book on in Cardiff but then are sent to patrol different areas, I.e North car, city centre car etc. Traffic have only one base in Cardiff, which is Taff's well, but others in Swansea and bridgend
