Ok? tier list but i think Manic Lion and True Superfeline should be atleast A tier, and Jeanne is not a rusher, she falls into the backliner category and if you disagree because she's moving faster then there's Phonoa and Dphono waiting to be put into this tier list, aswell as Baby cat (meele/nuker) and Momotaro (backliner/CC)
Any actual explanation on legelan? His HP is good, his dmg/dps is good for his range as a midranged rusher, he has immunities to cc effects which can occasionally be helpful in stages with henry/toad/queen b stages(albiet, anti kb is bad ability) but his cd and speed are bad which are his main weaknesses. Regardless, he has clear strengths so im confused on why you instantly placed him in C tier, I think b is fine for him

His stats at lvl 50 are not bad at all 81k HP 67k dmg But he's a legend rare. He's very hard to get and if u get him he's very disappointing.

Very underwhelming for something very rare, I just find it a bit annoying how everyone instantly dismisses legelan as a unit, since I do think he can be genuinely useful to some people, but because of his meme status, people who have him might never use him seriously. @@yoyochinb3742the problem with legeluga is not his stats or his rarity, its his speed and cooldown, his speed is horrible only 20 even Jeanne (who is not a rusher) is faster than him with 25speed and his 2mins cool down, normally 2mins cooldown is perfectly fine but his role is a rusher which die pretty fast and often so 2mins cooldown for a rusher is terrible, that's a reason why many ppls think Yukimura is better than A.Bahamut due to Yukimura 51s cooldown, for a rusher Legeluga is like F tier, he is okay if you treat him as a midranger and then he will be in C or B tier

I really just didnt think he deserved to be that low considering there will be a good amount ot times where he is actually good/useful.
