Very good history about Jamaican tobacco industry at that time. Some of the rollers and blenders are still alive in Jamaica. Jamaican cigars have a long history with the UK.
Abdulaziz Clare Hi Abdulaziz, I am delighted to hear that. I found 4 original Jamaican Macanudos to enjoy with Derek when I delivered a copy of this video on DVD for his children/grandchildren. I have also sourced from the US some of the recent Macanudo's which also have some Jamaican content. Please email me your contact details via editor@ukcigarscene.com , I would like to know more as the UK and Jamaica have such great links in tobacco
Another great interview. Well done!
sfm1017 Thanks!
