Welp that was a whirlwind of emotions, moral of the story - say NO to bullying and BE KIND I’m live on twitch almost everyday if you’d like to visit the link is in my bio and my next video will be coming out on Saturday (which is my editing / posting day)
moral of the story is just mute ppl who are annoying instead of being childish and entertaining them. nothing in this video is a female exclusive experience.
Dude its a valorant game u gotta chill, just mute them and move on. Making a 40 minute video out of you being "bullied" is insane. These people do not exist in your life and shouldn't be able to have such a profound effect on you
remember girls!, we have the right to enjoy the game as much as everyone. so if they are toxic be toxic back and if you're losing in the argument just mute lol and have fun
@@meilliethejellie definetly dont be toxic back, whenever i was pissed of from my teammates saying stupid things i did that but it made me more sad, so i started muting ppl to be happier :3 also playing with friends was pretty calming too :D
btw doesnt only happen to girls guys to but yea ur right mostly girls but still i dont think you should be toxic back only if they include family cuz thats a big no for me
i'm always so disappointed when other girls are toxic towards their own gender, like bro we have it hard enough in this game already please don't be a person making it worse
U know what’s even worse. When they team up with toxic people act like they get attacked by a random just to get some other girls to open there mic. I had that Reyna hated on iso and I tried to speak up for her and then he had me as a target. After that game I realized they r a duo.😅
The concept of two female fighting in an online game, especially, one like an FPS is surreal, honestly. And u got guys that quote how female are bad at game which obviously isn’t true. But the whole idea is stereotypical. And the fact that in this video, the clove is arguing with u make things so much worse because it’s friendly fire. Female already get enough hate from guys and the clove hating on u is kind of re establishing the whole perspective of female gaming.
@@meilliethejellieThey are Dutch and when you said what did they say in curious it was. Clove: Ik vind haar gwn fk vervelend. Im sorry for you their accents are utrecht Gouda ish i think on the botem of the Randstad.
Clove had it out for you since the beginning. I'm so sorry you had to go through this. The passive aggressive backseating would have made me instantly surrender/draw. She could barely take accountability for her own errors and chose to take out her anger on you. I'm so sorry :( I don't get why people act like this. When someone says hurtful shit to me, my gameplay gets bad. That's why I always try to stay positive and hype up other teammates, hoping they gain confidence in themselves and their gameplay, which gets us wins. She sold that game the second her and her offensive duo opened their mouths.
@@meilliethejellieyo what server is this if I may ask? I play in NA and im scared to talk bc a lot of the other hard stuck bronze-silver ranked girls are also very toxic/try hards/pain in the ass
I think it's pretty normal that if the person is toxic, they wouldn't default take responsibility for their actions. Like the Clove has a big ego, and egos are fragile by nature. The bigger the ego, the more fragile. Anything that might cause them to feel bad about themselves, the reaction would be to redirect the blame to others, rather than accept any responsibility for their own actions. Same goes for any logic they try to use to talk shit about you, it's from a very narrow perspective, cause their ego already got triggered, so their ego hijacks their logic. So stuff they say might be true in a very tunnel vision type of sense, but it's obviously false from a bigger picture perspective. So none of the stuff they say relates to you at all, it's actually primarily them projecting stuff onto you (they won't know you, you'd be a stranger to them, so the shit they talk all comes from within them).
Lmaoo the clove is weird as hell, im dutch so i can translate what they said from 19:39, she says that she thinks youre annoying and he said yes a little bit , then she said “if that was my child i did sell her, she’s a smoker anyway,” and at 3:36 she responds to you saying “ your mom, how about that”” out of nowhere like it made literally zero sense i had second hand embarasement whole vid like how is she so bothered bout a game😭
So many guys already make it hard for woman to play but woman are starting too. Valorant was so fun when I first started but now it's like every other game someone is being rude and talking down on you for no reason. I'm so sorry this happens to you, keep your head up! Just report and mute even block them. It's not worth making your mental go down.
I don’t even think it’s about gender as much anymore, I mean women do get it harder 70% of the time, but everyone just makes the game toxic for no reason
@@whnmemeiothe last sentence is true, but as a man you don't hear things like "go into the kitchen and cook me something" or stuff like this. I also never heard someone saying that someone is no man, but I heard it more that twice that someone said to a girl that she is not a women or ugly or blaming her voice. The hate is different and often focused on our gender. Just mute and report this idiots. There are also enough nice people in this game, but I would really love to see more support of the other teammates when someone starts to blame and bully someone.
Thing is, the toxic person probably doesn't care about winning either. Cause if they actually cared about winning, them being toxic hurts their team more than it helps, and reduces their overall chances of winning. I think in those scenarios when a person's ego gets triggered, they don't care about anything else, and just do whatever they can to make the feeling go away, by blaming others, being toxic, redirecting, deflecting, etc etc.
oh sweetie, the way you were even tryin to be nice to her even tho she was bein bitchy from the start.. shatters my heart for you:( hopefully you wont run into her (or any kind of person like this) in your games anymore
This is literally what I have to deal with anytime I even play an UNRANKED game, it especially sucks when another woman decides to be toxic too because we already have to deal with mansplaining and masc toxicity, it's more hurtful when women do it because we expect them to back us up considering they also have to deal with men toxicity, sadly this will always be something we deal with in the gaming community because there are women who think only of themselves and want men to pick them so badly.
You seem like a such a sweet person! I am so sorry this happened to you, spreading awareness is a great thing about this! I play Val too and some of the people who get on there are just toxic plain and simple. Cant change how they are but you handled it the way anyone shouldve. Love the content regardless!!
This is so relatable as a female player. I can only speak up when Im top fragging and to say gg if we win. On another note, you are so good! I cant believe this is silver lobby.
I'm so sorry that you had to go through all these, I really cannot understand why some people would just have to act so toxic and yet they have to make it so toxic
i watched this whole vid and i cant not believe that no one defended you when that clove was instigating and antagonizing you the entire time. I wish I could give you a hug, because I feel that in my lobbies. I'm trans and because I have a feminine boy-ish voice still I constantly get screamed at and called slurs every game and it destroys my mental for the entirety of the game session
I think the 2 other teammates probably didn't know what to do at all about the situation. In scenarios like that, as the bystander, you're kinda like trapped in the match as well. I think it's pretty difficult for a bystander to know what to do in situations like that. I don't even think a bystander needs to necessarily defend the person getting attacked, but like, even say, just speaking up as a bystander, calling out the attacker's name, then saying the specific action was not cool. I think that wouldn't make a difference in the specific scenario, but I think actions like that can make a difference in the long run, if more people do it. I think another aspect is the worry for a bystander that if they speak up, they will then be the one targeted (it's pretty common to get targeted for speaking up). So the bystander has to kinda be pretty okay to get targeted and have a thick skin as well. So I think it's totally understandable if people are scared to speak up in general as well. I think part of what can make it okay to speak up though is understanding that in these online scenarios, the attacker doesn't know you at all, so anything they say comes from within them (so it's never anything actually personal to you, but actually personal to them). So then if you do speak up and end up taking aggro for it, it can still potentially hurt, but not as much.
I think gekko and neon were trying to defend. minimal, but i guess they’re trying not to escalate the situation and ruin the whole game. Clove and Phoenix were 99% a duo and are just showing off to each other. I feel like if they’re not playing together, they’d just have their mic turned off the entire match
This Phoenix genuinely pisses me off. Back seating and blames you for the dumbest thing when it’s HIS job as a duelist to entry and make way for you guys
as someone whose played since episode 3 act 3, i've seen a lot of different people and heard some unfortunate things. i've learned that making them realize the fight is useless usually helps them quit and focus on the game. for ex: a round will go wrong and ill get blamed, and then they keep going on about it, but if i dont give in to their stupid a** arguments, they finally give up. stay strong girlie, you're doing great love
Honestly i dont get the reasoning why people do this, like if they just shut up and played the game there would be better outcomes. They literally told you to stop yapping and just give info and they started yapping, like omfg these ppl annoy the shitttt out of me. Anyways, the best method is just to mute and forget it, theres no winning against these types
@@meilliethejellie Fr, like its hella distracting to be having a arguement while playing the game, thats why usually in matches i try to shush when my teammate is in a clutch situation and stuff like that, it boosts performance ngl
you're absolutely hilarious and I love your little rants lmao. also I love your voice, I don't know why these toxic assholes were making fun of you. some people are just so miserable and egotistical they take all of it out on other people and will never accept that they're the problem. it's just sad.
its not even just a female experience even though a lot of female players get a lot of heat and get it worse which is bad. the game I was playing yesterday and oh my. my team was just ridding the hate train on me and pressing me so much. it was funny cause the Reyna that was shit talking me I ended up placing higher than him. I was also defending the girl that was getting cat called and shit like that on my team cause the three other guys were dumbasses. yet she still was pressing me even though I was defending her. Its honestly sad that people have to go through this on games. sorry it happened. Valorant just unfortunately has a very bad and toxic community witch is just stupid.
I went crazy while watching it, girl, you are very good and don't care about what they think about you, I am going through the same situation, you are loved
the clove was dutch, the phoenix sounds like he speaks Dutch as well with his accent. Clove said something along the lines of "your mom, what do you think about that" (in the beginning) they sound like they're from the netherlands, not belgium luckily lol or else i'd be ashamed as a fellow belgian 19:40: here she says she just finds you very annoying and phoenix says "yea bro". Then she says that if you were her kid she would sell you. Then she says it doesnt matter bc you probs smoke.
I have been playing Valorant since beta, and I’ve gained a lot of experience since the game started. One thing I’ve learned is that to improve and climb out of low elo, you need to mute toxic players. Honestly, you don’t even need their comms, not even in high elo. If you let them get into your head, it’s going to ruin all your games for the day. So, mute the first rude player and focus on your gameplay. Last act, I reached Ascendant 3. Most high-elo players don’t exhibit much toxicity, so I’ve experienced every level of elo games. Low-elo players often direct their frustration toward their teammates to deflect blame for their own mistakes. That’s exactly why they never improve-they don’t learn from their errors. If you’re looking to just have fun, this isn’t the game for you, especially in low elo. However, you can enjoy wins and losses (as long as you learn from your mistakes). But never allow toxic conversations to continue during your games. If these players had valid points, they wouldn’t be stuck in the same elo as you. Always focus on what you can improve in your gameplay, not on the opinions of others. Hope this helps you in some way!
this is why when i play val anymore ive started not using voice chat and just sat back and listened to other people talk instead lol, too many people misusing the feature. you hold the power to stand up for yourself though and i know this video was a lot, im sure especially in the moment itself, but you did great
as someone who regularly gets asked if i'm a girl or boy and has been hated on by fellow ladies on valorant, i got SO mad watching this video i had to pause and take breaks 😭😭 i'm so sorry you had to experience this and i just wish people were nicer/had your back, both the toxic teammates and the teammates who were bystanders cuz it's rlly not hard to do so
I've learned that ignorant and stupid people can't be reasoned with, you play well, I'm sorry you have to deal with this. I've started to stop caring about opinions of people I wouldn't take advice from and it has helped tremendously. You should try the 1 strike rule, one time someone is toxic I will ask for clarification, if they aren't trying to help me then I just mute them, it isn't worth ruining your game over it.
It's always going to be hard to get people behind a keyboard to hold themselves or be held accountable. I think you reflecting on how you also could have done better in these types of situations is fantastic and universally important. Even though it's not exactly high stakes, repeatedly having to outplay the other team and trying to tame your own just for some RR that you might lose later is often crazier work than we give credit for. Keep recording and make sure to take care of yourself o7
I’ve learned that when toxicity appears, mute them. Instantly. Don’t continue to engage. Play the game to the best of your abilities, and only com on your side things such as, “3 A”. Yes, you won’t hear them- but that’s what is needed. Playing games where your mental breaks are games you’d wish you never played at all & that’s disheartening. All in all, toxic? Mute. Ignore. Continue to enjoy the game yourself. Maybe there would be 1 other person on the team who’s actually being nice or at least being not problematic & helping out.
I often encounter situations where one girl is toxic toward another for no real reason other than trying to appear "better" than her. What's even more frustrating is seeing her friend or boyfriend blindly back her up, even though she's clearly in the wrong. They weren't even involved in the situation and have no real understanding of what happened; they're just siding with her because of their let's say loyalty.
Honestly as a guy when I hear Toxic players I just instantly mute them. You’ll always find these type of people every now and then. Don’t let these experiences muddy your feelings and actions towards each other. The real ones know love and compassion for one another is still out there in society. Love and peace to all you beautiful people 🙏🏽❤️❤️
I completely understand how you feel. I used to play Valorant myself. Back in 2020, it was REALLY FUN! I left because the toxicity was out of hand. It pains me that a woman gets treated that badly just because of a video game. At the end of the day, you realize all of that negativity was unnecessary..just a waste of energy and time. I pray that you recover emotionally from this and meet more positive players.
If anyone is curious about the motivations or a deeper explanation for toxic behavior, i think people in this game are just toxic to anyone who seems vulnerable. On a related note, toxic people know that its almost like a knee jerk reaction for a woman to be insulted by a sexist statement, and since their goal is to just get a rise out of you, they'll take advantage of it. You'll probably play worse if you continue listening to them. So, don't feel like you are losing some argument or battle for muting someone, because there was no argument or battle to begin with; it's just a dude fishing for a reaction.
There was literally no necessity to ask (Phoenix) if you were a woman or a child, what does it matter? You are expecting to hace fun and win. If u were a boy, woman, baby, grandma, whatever; you are in a ranked because you want to win, not looking for trouble or anything. I’m not that happy either with Ranked Community sometimes, but it is what it is. You did a great job and glad you did some pauses to breathe and rest, take care!!!
Girl, you're better than me because those boors would have had no healing or res from me, I would have told them well done every time they were shot and my mental would probably be so bad I wouldn't even give a shot. Good thing you stood your ground and no, you weren't overacting. They definitely came off as weird, insensitive and rude. Clove was totally a pick me and Phoenix was his friend. P.S: I know it has nothing to do with it but the sound of your keyboard relaxed me so much.
Dang I feel for you. Yesterday I had a game where everyone remained silent. They spoke no word and I was the only one giving calls throughout the entire game. We had a breach in our team who literally said not a single piece of info, didn’t even mark anything on map or type in chat. And he ended up 3-17 or something. None said anything to him, none blamed him or bullied. But for some reason after several rounds he started yelling at enemy clove and neon saying that they’re boosting (they were just good at shooting but not extraordinary) and after a while they started arguing and he insulted them, tho they were just replying and seemed pretty chill Can’t say I’m really defensive but that entire situation pissed me off. I was tolerating it till the last round and when I saw there’s no chance for us to win, I said breach that maybe he should have channeled his energy into winning the game, not accusing someone of cheating And he started screaming at me saying I’m sl-t and why tf I’m protecting them Wow yeah I was mvp of our team and only person who gave some info, plus clutched 3 rounds. Okay then, thanks breach
Also experienced a lot when people just surrender when they hear I’m a girl or blame me for everything and so on So I’m always tryna be nice to everyone, especially girls, and even if I think someone made a mistake, I’ll rather keep it to myself or ask for some particular action from them next time. And it really hurts when girls are toxic towards me or other girls
I feel like playing Valorant with other women in my game does make it miserable....I've never had a positive Valorant game with another Woman who hasn't gotten territorial or mean for no reason towards me because I'm another Woman. It's crazy that we put each other down in a community that's already so toxic I love the video! Please keep doing more videos 🤍🖤
I feel you and experience this many times.mostly in ur lobby the TT is super nonsense. just mute them next time dont give too much energy on them. they dont know what their doing and trust me, clove smoke in site suck. you're doing just fine sis :) dont bother by some small mind people.
i’m so sorry you went through this girl, i’m in complete shock the way the clove was down your throat constantly and how her ebf was backing her is insane, i’m more shocked how your other team mates was not saying anything at all because they way they was acting just isn’t on it makes me so mad i’m sorry girl ❤️❤️
7:10 I CANT EVEN BLAME YOUUUU that's so real omg, i'm so lucky i don't run into toxic people very often but whenever i do i get so sensitive about it omll, and it's so annoying when 1. ur team says NOTHING. or 2. ur duo with someone and they also do nothing to just tell u to mute like i cant lie that just makes me feel worse. DROP THE USERNAMES GIRL!!
I've dealt with a team that was much worse than this one and it was so incredibly painful. We won the match, Thank God. But unfortunately I cannot share this experience even though I have the footage because I am terrified the guy will come for me in real life. He was saying things that could quite literally get him arrested and I really hope he got banned because I know a good amount of people reported him but he was talking about doing awful things to people that I will not get into. But I'm quite literally not allowed to post this footage for my own safety.
i am so so impressed by u i would go crazy. i hate it that women are like this too in valo cuz we all experience sexism in video games. You actually handled it so well like u werent overreactingggg.
"you sound like a young boy" i dont know man the way he speaks and acts make him sound like a really young boy and thats actually not a compliment lol people like this are the reason why i turned my vc off after 3 years. im so done with this community.
the worst for me is when I play with my boyfriend and he says NOTHING to them, not even once :( he just tells me to mute them and when I told him how bad it feels when he doesn't stand up for me, he said it's just a game not real life... valid point, however I'm real and it impacts me irl *SIGH* I don't have vc on anymore, idk, I can't after having to listen to very bad things (muting didn't help coz I remember it) and I have my name hidden for now (we have matching names and that was making everyone say/do even worse stuff). He joked I'm a coward for hiding it 🙂🙂🙂🙂 just wanted to add this because it's another "women's valo experience" that I even have to "argue" with my own bf 😂 (on contrary, many other random women I played with always stood up for each other) not all men but it's always men huh interesting ___ I wrote this story so you can feel like you're not alone and there's a lot of us. I hope you feel better soon 💕
He could at least try to make you feel better... I've playing with random people sometimes, who ask to join the party, and even those men speak up, sometimes they tell me to just mute and still after I hear them defending me. He is right it is just a game and what others say shouldn't matter but we go there to have fun and a good time so when some people try to ruin that he should at least try to cheer you up and help you ignore those sad people.
@pressy3387 yeah I know :/ I tried to explain it and idk if he understood since he still doesn't do it but we're working on communication in general 😅 I just meant to show that unfortunately that experience happens in game and can even happen to us from our closest ones (not directly but indirectly still)
I'm not trying to defend him because I don't really approve saying nothing back, but, as someone who spent quite a lot of time playing online game, my logical conclusion is that his behavior is the right one : if you start giving importance to what the toxic losers have to say it will eat you inside, because it never ends and it literally ruins your experience. But I still understand why it makes you feel bad.
you do NOT sound like a boy at all, i love your voice and i hate when people start to get passive aggresive instead of confronting me directly or js being polite ab it,wouldve taken a stand for you if i were on the team,i get it sometimes shi like this could be the last straw hope youre doing fine!!!
honestly, i know the feeling of this experience. half the time i do indeed sound like a boy but ive always had a semi deeper female voice. everything else, i understand as well. countless time ive had to step it and shut someone up cause of how toxic they were to someone else. i do hope you have better experiences in other games and rounds tho cause both ph and clove were bang out of order
this absolutely drained ME watching it, since i'm gay, and i have that "gay tone" to my voice, any time i talk in comp, i either get berated or the people just ignore me, no in between or anything, maybe once in a blue moon do i get people with comms that are sweet, otherwise, its draining, so i felt this video to my core
@@AlluringSirenJunior it was an emotional one to post but it needs to be shared the toxicity in val is no joke, honestly my advice would be get a reliable friend to play with it gets so much better
I am truly sorry you had to go through this. Some people are just outrageously strange and become so cruel because of a game. I give you props for being so patient with people like this!! At the end of the day you did your best and you are way better then these people who decide to become so mean cause of pixels on a screen. To be so dead ass tho, that clove was projecting and was clearly seeking approval of that phoenix or whoever tf it is. She needs therapy if anything lol. Keep it up girlie!
the second i heard a dutch word outta the first match u played i just knew it was gonna be toxic😭. the fact that both girls and guys were tryna mess with u is insane.
There is absolutely no winning with people like this other than knowing that you won't be the last and they're bound to come across someone who'll put them in their place- better yet, a whole party.
yk everytime my girlfriends gets girl/guy like this they ask me to go into their account n play for them bc i cant take toxic without being toxic 100x back and the way i talk back i dont let them talk at all😭 they will just take the insults until they mute n shut up for the rest of the game. ill always ride for my gfs and when i play and someones throwing shady comments i dont let them get to the second one. i wish i could show u some clips😭 ive been banned so many times for defending myself
Broo there is a mute button for a reason, girl experience is the same as a guy who experiences you're just violated differently, If you can't handle it! TURN OFF VOICE CHAT is that easy!
Im so sorry you had to sit through that and had no one to defend you. Clove was just trying to impress her 'Man' . Women are supposed to have womens backs not be rude and toxic for no reason. Good video, you've gained a new sub on both platforms
That's why I usually be quiet when there's another girl unless I know them to be nice. When girls are mean it HURTS, but when guys are mean - its just them being weird, rowdy, or disgusting
I really wish that the Gekko and/or Neon would stick up for you :( like the whole video I was like "oh now is when they're gonna do it" it's so disappointing when people decide to be bystanders :( You sound absolutely lovely doll, I hope that you have better games than this
They were for sure a duo. I played competitive games since CS:GO/LOL and have had these kinds of people many times, they just flame you to deflect how bad they are. You will master the art of making them mad without tilting trust.
clove is raised by idiots, if i was you i wouldve just told her yea yea or something that would piss her off so bad but still be funny XD. also im so sorry you had to go through this experience
i don't genuinely understand why they're like this like c'mon human decency is the most basic thing you can have and yet you're already an adult but you still don't. Playing is supposed to be fun and not this toxic. I hope this people will meet much worse than them and experience what you went through.
This was something I had experienced before many times. It sucks. I will never understand why people have to go out of their way to be so disrespectful to anyone. (and for no reason on top of that!) I've had guys and girls be toxic to me, I've been called all sorts of names I'm not comfortable sharing. Online video games really are an unfiltered place and you do run into people like this. This video is probably representative of most of my toxic games. All I can say is, take time to rest from that, mentally. Spend some time with people who love you, care about you and return to the game when you are ready to face it again. Signed with love (platonically), Koala💕 P.S. I LOVE your keyboard, it sounds so good!
It's not about gender. People need to accept that online games often bring the most toxic people you can come across, and they can get away with saying insane stuff that would ruin their lives if they said it IRL. I'm a man, I'm french and I can promise you it would be impossible to count the number of times people were racist to me because of my accent.
queen im so sorry, the same thing happened to me on pearl, my whole team told me I was ass and that I must go back to the kitchen, told me "I'm hungry go make me a sandwich" and I was top fragging until the started their bullsht and my mental left the chat, to this day I cant play focused on pearl, I jut cant. :(
You played so good and I am so sorry that you had to go through these. I hope you will have a good experience in your future games. Also your keyboard sounds so creamyy I love it. Can you tell me which keyboard do you have pls:3

whenever she ults and dies it counts as a death but yea thats still an insane amount

Hope this helps you in some way!
why is it that women with hot voices always get called little boys lmao

The valorant community is down bad. My advice is just mute them and play your game.
@@LandonM1997 true that I think this is some solid advice toxic people don’t really deserve the time of day
It's always going to be hard to get people behind a keyboard to hold themselves or be held accountable.
I went from getting annoyed to now trolling and not caring lol...
IM SORRY YOU WENT THROUGH THIS, you dont sound like a little boy :( keep playing and just mute these types of people, you did so good

But for some reason after several rounds he started yelling at enemy clove and neon saying that they’re boosting (they were just good at shooting but not extraordinary) and after a while they started arguing and he insulted them, tho they were just replying and seemed pretty chill
Can’t say I’m really defensive but that entire situation pissed me off. I was tolerating it till the last round and when I saw there’s no chance for us to win, I said breach that maybe he should have channeled his energy into winning the game, not accusing someone of cheating
And he started screaming at me saying I’m sl-t and why tf I’m protecting them
Wow yeah I was mvp of our team and only person who gave some info, plus clutched 3 rounds. Okay then, thanks breach
Also experienced a lot when people just surrender when they hear I’m a girl or blame me for everything and so on
So I’m always tryna be nice to everyone, especially girls, and even if I think someone made a mistake, I’ll rather keep it to myself or ask for some particular action from them next time. And it really hurts when girls are toxic towards me or other girls
I feel like playing Valorant with other women in my game does make it miserable....I've never had a positive Valorant game with another Woman who hasn't gotten territorial or mean for no reason towards me because I'm another Woman. It's crazy that we put each other down in a community that's already so toxic

like this comment up so jellie can see
This was something I had experienced before many times.
Signed with love (platonically), Koala💕
Oh that’s not very fun or fair, people who take the piss out of how people sound in a game are actually dumb
"it's only game, why you have to be mad?"
@@StayFr0sty because I take this game seriously because I play for a team unlike the average valorant player this game is a very big part of my life
