I just find it soooo very fascinating how builders such as SimLicy begin building not with a box, but rather with a single small wall and windows(s) or door(s). Truly AMAZING. ☺️🥰
lots and lots of practice. there are websites where they have build plans so you can use those until you feel comfortable enough making your own builds that don't just look like a huge box haha. i'm slowly getting out of that habit
I love this build! It feels like a house I have been to before! I love it! So realistic. I am happy with this neighborhood. I have said for awhile that we need a more “suburban” type neighborhood that felt like an average, every day neighborhood. Hope that makes sense. But this is the start to that.

Im so excited to see you build a large family or generational home in Copperdale. I imagine multiple generations bonding because they snuck out of the house the same way, grew up in the same town. My family has been in my hometown since before the Great Depression, so this pack is already a favorite of mine!

Something that I’d think would be super cool now we’ve got the new pack would be a school for occult sims. Like, maybe a boarding school where it’s sectioned off into three parts: one for spellcasters, one for vampires and one for werewolves! And each section would have special classrooms adapted for that particular occult! It’d be a massive build that I would do myself, but I can’t build exteriors for the life of me 🤦 Regardless, awesome build!
I‘m probably going to get this pack once it‘s on sale 😅 I just don‘t have the money right now. But I‘m excited to download this build when I have the pack 🙃
i'm definitely getting the pack, but i think i'll wait for them to fix some bugs first. i'm not really a fan of the lightning of this world though 😢 you make it look so easy everytime you use the terrain tool! i think its so hard, everytime i try i just end up rage quitting 😂
It would be amazing if you did a house (mini series? Like your starter homes) for a big family but not specified genders and not too big - maybe a 30x20 lots. It's really hard to find a homes for 3-4 kids that aren't giant expensive suburban homes. It would be cool to just have a normal middle class family with the clutter intact but we can then go in and add decorations for our sims without deleting the work (like in university how the roommates add items). I think most non-builders struggle to get 80% of the building done but are okay with the 20% touches to make it for our families 😁😄 your builds are always so awesome capturing the story, so we need help! This world kind of gives me twilight vibes. I don't have the pack yet but i'd be curious to know if it rains a lot in the world.

Aha yup, tool is what was causing Copperdale not to load. I tested a bunch of mods and TOOL kept causing a white screen whenever I tried to click it. Pack is cute but... They need to hire more testers. There's a LOT of bugs with this update/pack

You might wanna wait a couple weeks. The bugs from the recent patch and in this pack are worse than usual. It'll hopefully be less frustrating in a couple weeks once the gurus can get a hotfix out.

Hello from Australia 🇦🇺 👋🏽 I don't really like to comment on videos, definitely a slient watcher but I wanted to say that this build is so amazing and I am so excited for more styles like this to come out. And I am so sorry to hear about your doggy, I just lost my cat at 12yrs (hit and run) a few weeks ago so I totally feel for you. If you ever run out of ideas for builds maybe you could do some related to; not using cheats, and not using debug items????.... I am a console player and (at least for me) we don't have access to the debug items and it's very hard to find any items on the gallery. I also might be the only person, but I don't play with cheats/move objects, so if you wanted to make a build inspired for console players/ achievement hunters I would absolutely watch those 1000 times over. But obviously it is your world and your channel so it's up to you, just throwing some ideas out there because I don't see alot of videos like that. I can't wait for your next build.

Maybe the mom used to push the teen on the swing when she was little and they just never got rid of it. Now she likes to sit there when she misses her mom.

When I downloaded ReShade, I don't see any difference in my game play. Is it only supposed to be when you take photos in the game? I'm new to it and I don't really understand, but it looks Sooooo beautiful when I see it in peoples Sims videos and I would like to use it. Any info or tips would be appreciated. Thanks guys! p.s. What's the best way to tell Simlicy that her FutureSim Lab remodel got corrupted on the gallery? At least I think it did... I tried to download it and the 2nd floor is empty. I'm not the only one who's had this problem...
I think it’s silly they gave us pillow fights, but no slumber parties. I also wish sims got invited to sneak out more often.
Will your teen Sim's friends sneak over? Like come to your lot and sneak in your room? If not, that's pretty disappointing lol.

shadows completely cover the front of both of the starter home lots in the lower part of the map no matter the time and it drives me crazy!

I had to remove tool mod. It took me forever to figure out what was causing that lol. Once I removed it it worked fine.
