THANK YOU Mike - for this, and for everything that you do. You are such a phenomenal person, and an amazing advocate for breathing. Your enthusiasm and personability are infectious. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏
I play this while working, almost every day. It helps me ease down the stress, and Focus at the task am doing (depends on the task obv :D) Thank you very much!
How did you adjusted the speed if you don't mind? Made it higher speed or slower? I tend to have different speed between inhalation and exhalation if I don't control it. Or different times to be more corect
@@Lotuspriestess I prolongued the intervalls by playing it on lower speed. Longer exhales work well for me as well. Adrian Cox and Breath Yoga has a free mini course on Resonant Frequency Breathing where you can download trackar with longer exhales, in different intervalls (not the extremely long ones) but those films are much shorter than this video.
Thanks a lot it's very helpful for my breathwork practice. I'm beginner it helped me to guide my breath and my whole focus on the music. Please provide more videos like these for various breathworks 😊 Thanks 👍

Excellent. Regulated speed with RUclips's Adjustment choices. Works fine :) Thank you. Makes longer practice/relaxing a lot easier, even in daytime.
amazing!

@@Lotuspriestess I'm guessing they mean to adjust the video's playback speed

You're welcome 😊
Thanks ❤❤❤❤❤
I love it, but I don’t have the whole hour a day to do it, would 10 minutes bi also beneficial?
Absolutely
I think it would be much more relaxing if, after explaining the technique, you ceased talking and allowed the sounds to guide and the music to relax.
That's what he did?
