I just got my first G-Shock the other day. I got the GB6900AA-2. Since I got my GS I have been watching all all these G-Shock videos on youtube. I'm a G-Shock noob. I didn't know this G-Shock following is so huge. Nice video!!!!!!
Nice comparison video, thanks. The GW-7900B looks amazingly big when placed next to the GX-56. I'd probably take that one, due to the extra functionality. The GX-56 has too basic a module in it for the price, IMHO. I wish the casing could accommodate a module from another G-Shock with some additional features.

So the information itself, the time, day and date digits are no larger. I like that Casios are getting bigger, but the display needs to get bigger along with the watch case.
Good comparison. I have large wrists, so I could pull it off, but even for me it would be bigger than I want. I already have the GWM 5610, and I dig the square G's, but I think my next one will be the Rangeman.
my wrist also 6.5" I use the third hole from the top, I noticed when u tried yours on you're on the forth hole? just an observation. My straps comes around pretty far but I'm not cutting it :-)
i had the gx56-1a, i just bought it on last 2011, i knew it was a water resistant so i don't mind if its getting wet but as soon as i open the metal cover i saw a lot of dirt inside, why is that?
Big wrist question. i have an 8.5" diam. wrist. I am sure the GX56 will fit but will a 6900 fit an 8.5" diam wrist? Awesome video, awesome collection of watches.
Decided not to bother with a GX. It's essentially just a normal G but with extra layers of protection. In fact most Gs have a larger visible display area. King Gs are for huge guys and/or people that really need a tough watch in a very harsh environment.

Wondering if you would be able to shed any light on following: Do you see the "greyish" solar panel border lines that go all the way around the edge of the watch, which act as the border enclosing all the solar panel compartments, these borderlines all look to be the same greyish colour all the way around. A friend has a brand new GX-BB56-1DR, except in his watch, some parts of the solar border lines are greyish in colour and some parts of them are copper coloured? What is your opinion of that? It does not seem to be normal from seeing all the other GX-56BB-1's on yt etc?? Many thanks.

I dont want it though if the strap is too big and hang loosely on my wrist.
Why no extreme tough test ?🤔 because it's expensive for that you must took care & baby it 😂 , a g shock take care of your time keeping but you must take care of your rolex otherwise it wouldn't take care of your time✌ , I keep my rolex after known the service cost me a brand new timepiece

I actually like the King G shock cause it's big! I just got the 5600 military and love it but wish it was a tad bigger:)

Not all gshocks have "shock resist" on it it .. Does that mean it's not shock resistant ?

Why do all the watches have different times

To me it looked like the 7900 was larger than the frogman and the 7900 looked comparable to the king
