Jenn, ur hair is on point. Love it. Hope lemonade feels better. Maybe she has arthritis. Maybe give her a treat that helps with her joints or some kind of suppliment. My dog has diareah issue so i baught on chewy a suppliment for digestive issue and she hasnt had diarreah since.

Congratulations! I’m so glad your wii came!!! I’m not scared of much but I would freak out if alligators were that close to my house🤣 you are one brave woman! Is your facility only for adults? Do the gators ever come close to your house or do they pretty much stay in the water? If you can, check the bottom of Lemonade’s foot out and look between all of her toes to make sure she doesn’t have a broken nail or piece of hair wrapped too tightly around one of them. Puppies have dew claws up by the ankle area on the inside of their leg. Most breeders remove them , but if they don’t they can broken or snagged. Some little dogs have luxating patellas where there knee cap moves too much. This is probably the most common thing that causes little dogs to limp and happens quite a bit as dogs get older and put on weight. It’s not anything to worry too much about. In severe cases they can do surgery, but most of the time they don’t do anything about it at all. You take excellent care of Lemonade and she doesn’t look too uncomfortable. I know she is your baby and you are worried, but hopefully this info will put mind at ease until the vets start seeing them again! My service dog is a silver toy poodle about Lemonade’s size and two cockatoo parrots. We all watch your videos together and love every minute!!! Have a beautiful day!

Hey Jen, some vets are doing telemedicine appointments for pets during this. I know all of the ones here are doing it. Maybe ask if they can do a video call just to make sure there isn't something you can be doing in the mean time. ❤️

The vet would most likely have you limit Lemonade’s walking (even crate her) and NO JUMPING, and they can give a medicine for arthritis and anti-inflamatory but she probably has that already. Im glad you have ordered her steps because jumping on/off the bed is hurting her leg. Poor baby.

I’m pretty sure baby Tylenol or baby aspirin is ok for dogs...you just have to be mindful of her weight and cross reference the chart on the box for dosage amount.
FYI, Tylenol and ibuprofen are not safe for dogs, and aspirin doesn't come in child dosage. Maybe Jen could call the vet and tell them what's going on, maybe they could send her a dog-safe anti-inflammatory and pain reliever?

Jen, we have similar dogs and the same thing happened to my dog. Here's the thing and I am NOT coming down on you.. I did same thing with Sammi. They get something called a luxating patella . Common in smaller breeds. It's from not enough exercise and those bones you give her...it's like giving her 3 bags of potato chips. Not enough exercise and then calories...they get overweight. Even 5 pounds can do it...what happens is their legs cant carry the weight. You shouldn't let her jump. Small walks are OK. Please dont let her jump. She will need surgery. Again, it's not your fault. I did SAME !! I hope you are not offended. Just speaking from experience.
Thank you Jayne for your advice. I have ordered stairs for her to get on and off of the bed which are on their way. The yak bones she only chews on a little at a time so I’m not too worried about the calories. I will take her on short walks and watch her for jumping. Thanks ❤️

What is your staff really do? I’m newer to this channel. It seems your very self sufficient and capable. Do they just keep you company? Or do they make sure you take any medications, etc?

I dont get why ur staff are wearing masks u shouldn't were them unless u have c-19 as it dosent do anything at least from what I been seeing in both the medical comunity and sience have been putting out only to use them if u have it and are self violating or are working in a literal hospital unless u have people with week immune systems sorry jen if I seam funny my head just runs on logic but at least it staff are taking some types of precautions
It’s because I live in a medical facility it’s the law right now per the governor. There are people who live here who are more susceptible. The staff have to wear them whether they want to or not
