Impressive purple performance. I knew this instrument was made for funk. All the other videos display the Brute with never ending pads drenched in eternal reverbs. This machine is indeed brutal, and so is your groove. Bravo.
Thanks a lot for the kind words! Yes, I found the majority of Polybrute videos not featuring as much of the dry/raw sound capabilities, especially for funk, etc. So I'm glad you picked up what I was laying down! :D
Wendy/Walter Carlos Switched on Bach never had it so good, great job Jeremy, incredible creativity extending the limits of synth innovation and customized sounds.
@@JeremyParkerMusic nothing! I play since 50 years but I would never have this sense of funky. Great polybrute and thanks you and all who share played music to enjoy!
@@pronzac I'm lucky to have gotten into funk pretty early, but there are many styles that I am just a beginner or no experience at all! Glad to share and reach new people!
Thanks a lot! Making these sounds basically inspired the tune, which is great, and really what I was hoping would happen if I got a real polysynth like the Polybrute.
Hey thanks a lot Creative Spiral! I mistakenly uploaded the video in mono somehow, so for what it's worth, the stereo version of the same video is linked in the description / or here: ruclips.net/video/2IqYwLoUYeU/видео.html
Darn, loved those sounds....amazing. Thanks for sharing. I better get learning/improving my keyboard skills, plus some design work, to maximize the potential of my Polybrute & really enjoy it.
Curious, how much on the mixing side did you have to get to fit everything where it's at? The polybrute seems like such a diverse instrument, it's great to come across demos like these
It wasn't very hard to mix this, I just kept the drums and "Haywyre" sound up front and did some mild multi-band compression and brick-wall limiting. Thanks for listening! I have a review on my channel and an astrophotography video that feature the Polybrute if you're curious, but yes, it's been a great instrument so far...
This time I listened through my Cowin Headphones - Funk on Steroids! Thanks Jeremy - The Beginning Made Me Think of Stevie Wonder - Superstitious Much?!?!
Best Polybrute video on RUclips
Thanks again Bob, I love this synth, the 'Haywyre' sound basically inspired the song...

Thanks a lot Dad, glad you liked this one! I still remember that album, looking at the Moog synthesizer on the cover was always so impressive...
Absolutely love your music!
Ahh thank you Alex, you're too kind!!
What a nostalgia of these sounds! Pretty theme and groove
Thank you very much!

Love the clav sound you made with the metallizer, modern and funky at the same time.
Thanks a lot! Yeah that was pretty much what inspired the song, it just had the right vibe...
Wow, fire playing, both comp and lead!
Thanks for the kind words Pat!
So helpful to hear this instrument in a fully musical context. Great plating by the way.

And thanks for the subscription!
Right On!
Thank you!
Soooo funky man. Herbie would be proud
Thanks a lot Sassan, glad you enjoyed it! Ha ha, whoah, Herbie is the man!
Great playing and sounds! Enjoyed that!

Very nice!
Thanks Cowboy!! Should have some more sick sounds ready for the next Entire Robot jam...
You sir are talented! Its got even that retro game vibe to it. Really enjoyed it.
Thanks so much for the feedback/compliments! Yes, I can hear the retro game vibe now that you mention it! (I loved gaming on my Amiga back in the day)
Great sound and magnificent playing 👏🏾 🤯
Wow, thank you very much! It's hot off the press, so that was quick too! :)

Thank you Luis, appreciate the compliments! It's a fun journey for me too, still learning about the instrument...

Thanks Dad, I bet it sounded tighter on headphones! Yeah that's not a bad comparison. :)
