This technique actually worked for me... My kajal pencil didn't smudge at all .. This technique is much better and works 100% than applying eyeshadow below lower lash line to prevent smudging eyeshadow trick never worked for me but this technique applying liquid eyeliner really works ... I use some powder just under the kajal with a angle brush. A lill amount it worked also well😄
