Basically, dash toward the thrust instead of away. The timing is very lenient, and you also deal massive posture damage.
You need to punish more. You have the deflects down, but you don't do any damage. After every chain of attacks just hammer the boss. It's easier to fill their posture bar when their health is low.
You can immediately deathblow her in second phase by jumping on her if you go to the top branch immediately after deathblow in first phase. Wait for her to re appear in the center of the bridge
