- Building a custom 1/35 scale shadow box. Using a inexpensive solar light.
Master Modeler Glenn Bartolotti has created quite a series with his "Step-By-Step Finishing Armor" series. Each of the volumes is a mini-master class in painting and weathering a specific armor kit or diorama. The paints, powders and washes are all clearly identified, along with pre-shading and other painting techniques.

Awesome! Thank you!
I have been putting lights in my tank models, mostly where they belong in the real vehicles. A Sherman, a Churchill and a Panther A which I made from a Tamiya D and G models. I could have bought a kit of the A model but I wanted to try to mate a D and G together. It worked. On it I put one light in the turret and then I took a radio out of a Czech model interior, hollowed it out and put two lights in it for the radio dials which lit up on the real radio, and another two in the control panels for the driver.
Thants cool! 😎👍
