Hey Dennis, thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we didn’t capture how many hours were on the blower at the time of filming this video. With that said, hours are not a good indicator of when to replace the seals as it changes based on the material being blown. The indicator we use to determine if seals need to be replaced is by the blowback in the hopper. You can do this by letting the material run low, so you see the agitators in the hopper. If the seals are worn or damaged, material will blow out of the airlock into the hopper. Hope this helps you and let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with. Thanks!
These guys are legends! Reach out to them if you’re in the industry trust me!
Thanks Nicholas, we are always happy to help!
Chris. How many hours were on the blower at the time of replacement?
