    Pretty simple recipe for novice cooks. It turns out delicious when I make it. Great instructions, didn't mention heat level, but I did medium.

    I just made this (25) with my (16) brother!! We paired with rice, corn, green beans and gravy! Brownies for dessert! Thank you for the easy recipe and simple instructions!!

    My girlfriend forgot her lunch today (she always has lunch at work) but today she forgot it in the table, I had to do this recipe and send it to her, after she taste this recipe she told me it was very delicious, it's a very easy and delicious recipe. Thanks

      AnitaCooks . I have an electric stove, so should I put high or med heat to start and fry the chicken breast.

    I tried this recipe and it turned awesome.only one extra thing i did was marinate the chicken with sal pepper and garlic powder for 15 mnts

    After i breaded the chicken, i decided to bread it once again for a double crispy layer.. and it worked out perfect, super crispy!!

    I swear I looked at so many recipes and a lot of them were very disappointing. I am totally blind so when the music comes on you don't hear any talking. Then, I ran into yours and you couldn't get any more perfect. It was so cool and very descriptive. Thank you because a totally blind person needs to hear description. You did a good job. Keep up the good work

    I’m marinating mine before I fry them in milk and citric vinegar. I didn’t have any buttermilk.
    It’s interesting how you diced garlic into the eggs. I will bread them like that, looks good! Thank you.

    ty, i tried this recipe and my mom and i liked it. this recipe is a money saver . we got three packs of chicken breast for the price of one at our local fry's and now we have a solid meal that will last us for under 20 dollars .

    wow amazing i usually make chicken cutlet with just eggs and breadcrumbs but this way looks soo much neater and i always top off my seasonings with chicken i use sazon,garlic powder,onion powder and a little black pepper

      If you add the juice of 1 lemon and about a half a cup of white cooking wine with a few tablespoons of butter in your pan after you fry your chicken, add some capers and you have chicken piccata. Just boil some noodles and voilà!

    This is very similar to my family's recipe. Great idea by you to use both flour and bread crumbs. I've always felt using both gives the coating a better, crispier texture as opposed to using only one.

    I tried your recipe and added some Italian seasoning and they turned out perfect, I then cubed the chicken breast and added them to some Spaghetti aglio e olio and it turned out perfect. Thanks for your recipe and keep up the good work. - Beautiful Lady with Skills :-)

    I’m a noobie when it comes to cooking & you should’ve honestly specified how hot the oil should be, considering you said “hot” I put it to the highest temp & ended up burning the chicken & it still came out raw.. definitely my mistake but I wouldn’t want any other noobie making the same mistake

    would this taste similar to a chicken keiv? Considering that you use garlic and (a couple of) herbs.

    Don;t forget to season flour and breadcrumbs with some salt, garlic powder , little bit chili powder and oregano and reach another level of taste and Crispy chicken.

      Hi, it depends on the thickness of the meat. My chicken took 2 or 3 minutes for each side. Hope that helps. Enjoy 😀

      I would do 6 minutes on each side.. trust me it doesn’t take 2-3 minutes I have no idea what Anitas talking about because that is not accurate...

    I just made this for me and are lass but substituting a few things you used, I used crushed up cornflakes instead of breadcrumbs. Adding southern fried gravy granules to the mix with salt, pepper, Italian herb seasoning. Very juicy and yummy! Thanks again

    I tried this today. I fried the chicken until a golden brown color and then baked it in the oven for a few minutes

    Good ideas but most chicken recipes say to use oils (canola, vegetable, peanut) with higher smoking points. 450° . Olive oil has lower smoking point 325° which most recipes say is to low for frying.

      This recipe calls for a medium heat, not high heat, so olive oil should be fine and probably compliments the flavor of the dish. Next time I'll try it, cooking well below smoking point on a medium heat.
