How to read Numpad Notation:
"A way to describe joystick inputs using numbers instead of letters or words. Each direction is mapped to a number, following the same layout as a keyboard's numpad. Plot:
Linne hears of an evil plot being hatched by someone calling themselves “Paradox”. This person turns out to be none other than Hilda.
Vowing to stop “Paradox” before her nefarious plans come to fruition, Linne heads off into the Night. The young boy she encountered, Hyde, follows with a desperate need to know who, and what, she is.

Experience intuitive and tight 2D fighter controls, with a splash of devastating combos and unique fighting styles to keep your appetite for battle sated!
Under night in-birth exe:late[cl-r], features a New System: Cross-Cast Veil Off
Activate Veil Off within a combo to send your opponent flying with the shockwave, allowing for follow up extra attacks! During "Cross-Cast Veil Off", you will have access to special moves such as Infinite Worth even if your EXS is at 100.
This gives you the chance to inflict serious damage with your combo!
Master the use of Cross-Cast Veil Off to turn the tide of battle in your favor!
UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH Exe:Late[cl-r] (アンダーナイトインヴァース エクセレイト クレア) is the third major update for UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH, featuring various enhancements to gameplay, as well as adding new content. It released in both Japan and America on February 20th, 2020 and February 21st in Europe for both Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch, making the series' debut on the latter platform. The PC version was released on March 27th.
The game was officially revealed after the UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH Exe:Late[st] grand finals of the EVO World Championships 2019 by Kamone Serizawa.
Exe:Late[cl-r] add numerous balance changes, as well as a large multitude of new moves for the existing cast. The update also brings in a new character in the form of Londrekia, as well as an update to the game's gallery, which now features a plethora of concept art, as well as special voice lines. More content is planned for the game, with polls being held to determine what new characters shall be added.
Exe:Late[cl-r] is available as both a stand-alone version as well as a free update patch for those who own Exe:Late[st]

I really don't like the look of Akatsuki, also his kit is just basic Shoto stuff. He's got the basic fireball and super fireball, a Tatsu like move and super and a shoryuken. This man is an off brand Ryu, and he just doesn't look aestheticly pleasing to me. Sorry to all Akatsuki fans but I would prefer to play Ryu. They could've done a lot to this man to make him really stand apart from other Shotos but know, as a martial artist his outfit makes no sense to me, a tight jacket and pants, why is he fully covered? Every other character looks sick AF! Anyways good video I hope you keep up this series I'm trying to catch up to my friends

Old comment, but the reason he is the way he is, is because he is a crossover character. If you didn't know he's from the game Akatsuki Blitzkampf originally, another fighting game. Its why his design is so different from the other characters at least.
