I quit understand where Miss Saysay is coming from with all warning notices. At this hard time with children , school and maybe unable to make extra dollars maybe the result of the refusing to move. Because when you have a foundation already especially a wall structure its difficult to put this house down and start over. As a christians Adventiste family i find its very selfish by not asking them to buy even if the deceased father said if they don't ask don't offer them. I mean you guys should atleast give them the last option to offer to sell to them and have a payment plan. Now that they have been homeless , the land may never sell , you die leaving all this land and then the young ones from the Xavier family start fighting , killing one another for land saying my mother land, and the other grandma land, and uncle land, and boom this land brings tragedy, and sorrow, and tears in you all life it then become a curse land bcos i tell you karma is a bitch. I pray and hope the affected family find help the soonest and a spot where no one will come chase them. A place to settle a placs where they will be happy and no dispute will be in they life.

They stayed there because they had no choice making all those kids homeless is a sin have compassion and love for others who's less fortunate smh. Life is about trials and tribulations but if we supported each other and show love and compassion we can be better together we stand divided we fall.
