He's so self aware, articulate, gracious and sooo fine to look at.
pixiebutterflydragon he’s fro my hometown Dublin 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
He got balls to admit to his past, got brains to know where he should be going and the biggest heart to know what true passion is. Wish him a bright future ahead in acting and in life.
Well put
The older, wiser Colin Farrell is even sexier than the younger one.
Fascinating interview. Colin Farrell is one of the few rare cases out there of a guy who's got the looks but can act his balls off too.
CharlieWafles naw. I disagree think it's the opposite. Looks of a leading man but not the skills. But the lobster is good.
Which films have you seen starring Colin Farrell?
Danpie a lot. But like he was saying in the interview maybe it was just the poor choice of movies he had
Watch: In Bruges, and tell me he doesn't have the "skills" you feel, he lacks. :)
Danpie will do. Also I don't hate the guy.
He is so smart. You can tell he really has a passion for acting. Also, got a wittyness about himself with a sharp sense of diction. Loved him in "Saving Mr. Banks". Great Interview.
He sounds so intelligent. I don't know if it's because of his accent, or choice of words, but every time he speaks, he leaves me in awe.
Very intelligent, articulate and honest man. His choice of acting parts are so varied. He can only get better as he gets older. Great talent. Love watching him
One of the most genuinely interesting people around (who happens to be an actor). And I have always loved his wit, and eloquence. What a more interesting, deeper world, if everyone could express themselves as accurately and eloquently as he does.
One of the coolest actors working today. I love him in almost everything.
i love everything he's in nowadays! the movie choices he's been making are awesome!!
Seven Psychopaths is incredible
He's so genuine and interesting. I'm a big fan of his.
Really enjoyed the portion that began with you asking what his favorite part of the process was that ended up with that touching point about sharing human experience. Fantastic follow ups that lead you to that conclusion. Great job.
I am still so in love with this one. Thank you for that gem once again!
such a smart man he is... thanx for this interview!
it was not only a "great" experience of 'being blond' for Colin, it also turned into the great movie in result - f*ck all those bad reviews - still one of my favs. and I'm still very grateful to him for 'Alexander' and always will
Oh so that's the movie they were talking about! I been meaning to watch it because the history of Alexander interests me
I think he is the most amazing person, a truly tallented actor and just so very interesting to hear his interviews, he's s very honest, love him :-)
Love Colin Farrell because he loves his disabled son and all his children, and he's honest and tells the truth about himself. Pretty great. How many kids?
Catherine S. Todd two lads!
Excellent Interview as always
I love Colin!
Have loved this man and his work for the last 20 years...since Tigerland. Great heart. Great human. Probably better than he gives himself credit for being.
Excellent interview as always. thank you very much.
Surprisingly likeable guy.
Great interview. Thanks David.
Great interview. I hope you'll do another one with him.
Great interview, thanks!
An utterly brilliant conversation. A natural intellect not having needed a diploma. An Irish wit existing in a wise and thoughtful mind.
He is a great person, a great actor and a wonderful dad. Refreshing perspective on life!
seems like he'd be a good guy to have as a friend... very thoughtful and aware of himself. He's not believing any of the hype about stardom... accepts his own flaws, shortcomings.
great conversation
for even to a highly educated person he is so well-spoken and articulate. He also seems so respectful and someone who has learnt about himself over the years and applied what he learnt. I really do like him even more now...I know it won't make him a better man, father etc:-) and he is right, it shouldn't just like anything negative shouldn't affect him too much either.
I will never understand why so many people hate Alexander :/ It's one of my favourite films to this day.
I saw Alexander when it was released in theaters. It wasn’t as bad as people mad it out to be. If the crew had left out Anthony Hopskin scenes and his character, the movie would’ve been perfect.
Fantastic interview.
His performance in North Waters is amazing!
Always fun to listen to. :)
he has soul,i like him..i think he made a great choice to step away.. he is very real instead of just some star saying all the right things, smiling at all the right moments
He's handsome, even more than in his young days, and he can play any character in any movie :blockbusters, authors movies. He's one of the best actors of his generation. And he looks nice and smart!
Very intelligent man Colin is. I love the way he speaks honestly, authenticly and so introspectively about his life, fame and all that. Public always perceived him as bad handsome boy (some added to that talent) and that was it. But he is much much more than just a pretty face, actually combined with such personal qualities, he is the ,full package' every woman would wish for having.
What an articulate, talented, lovely man.
For how long have you been a fan of mine Mary??
Irish men tend to be very much like Colin talkative and likeable but often troubled with Alcoholism or other vices. Colin is real!
I love his voice, cadence and vocabulary.
For how long have you been a fan of mine Lena??
That was a great interview, there is a reason why I have subscribed but not everything is a hit, but this was great.
Simplemente hermoso!!!
This film is fucking fascinating!
Colin remains so likeable from his down to earth personality ands his struggles surviving film stardom.
Colin Farrell is so well-spoken... actually I think he may be brilliant. Goes to show you, education isn't all it's cracked up to be.
He was fantastic in so many Independent films, such as Triage, Ondine, In Bruges and The Killing of a Sacred Deer.
Lobster story is mine and I didn't think it would get the attention it has so thanks Colin and the other leading man you have done it justice 🙂
Excelente ator , maravilhoso muito charmoso e simpático, desejo todo sucesso do mundo . Parabéns pela sua trajetória ❤❤
Started liking him since watching Phonebooth. I thought he was phenomenal. He carried the film by himself. I remember how popular he was around that time, and what I liked about him is he didn't capitalize on his looks ,thought
It s inevitable, I mea. The guy is gorgeous and charismatic. But he is a talented actor. He seems to choose character-driven roles. He is an artist and so happy he got sober, and he is an even better actor now. His interviews also got better. He is more self-assured, confident, and smart, says alcohol and cigarettes in his hands. Lol. I thunk he s an epitome of cool then, and he is cool still in a different way. I hope he gets the recognition that he so deserves.
You made it though:) Incredible journey
I love it
Je l'admire. beaucoup
My dad is just a story without my energy
He talks like he's had shed loads of therapy
Or highly introspective
I can see why he loves you.
What does he wear to get hair hair like that? superb interview.
Benjamin Ash it's likely Pomade.
If you're looking for something similar use Uppercut Deluxe Pomade.
(It looks wet but it'll feel dry)
hi li, thanks
Colin Farrell is the one human being I hope to meet and chat with before I leave this earth
🙏🦋🦋🦋🌻🌻🌻🌎💚💗💗💗He is perfect!!!
Something in me just wants to invite him over for a crockpot dinner and drinks and greet him with warm bear hugs.
I don't believe anyone will seek this interview, so I am confident at commenting. I have lots to comment on Colin. Wish I could hear some responses. Anyway, do you think Colin is the marriage type? What do you suppose Colin would want out of life other than watching Euro football.
It’s Joel
Dads teaching the Inorganics how to beat me cuz he’s on their side he’s def not on the futures side
It's called a leaving cert Colin .
Does the interviewer have a TV show? Why does he have to keep the beard?
If I didn't work for money, I guess I'd be homeless. Whether we like our work or not, Im sure most of us are really happy we get paid. However, not sure how I'd get my head around the work I did over a few months and the boss gave me $10million eg pay check for Miami Vice and Alexander.
He's so fine, I'm losing my mind
It would be nice if the film 🎥 industry gave the write person the credit instead of the wrong one getting the credit this is happening to all my stories
He did one great flick.
Who’s hunky dorey?
I’ve never been cheated on
Someone tried to communicate with me on Facebook to communicate with me on Facebook a while back who claimed to be Colin Farrell. I don’t know if it was him or not, but he was using His identity. I don’t know if it was him or not. I just know he was persistent. I backed off. Regardless of who it was, I am married Don’t need that!
That is a scam. A lot of scam artists these days.
I’ve been cheated on quite a bit
Colin Roberta close
18:36 STOP! Colin here is trying to keep Yorgos shrouded from being understood. He is being coy and doing Yorgos a favor. Harmony Korine does the same vague, evasive thing. "No, i don't really know where they come from..." Is what these Avant-Gardist often say. So i don't really buy Colin's hesitation to reply clearly. It's a Machiavellian maneuver to keep yourself ambiguous and mysterious. These directors want to basically remain "pure" in their affect of influence. "I honestly do not know where they come from. It's like an energy." Come on man. Stop it. Lol.
Jordan Peterson joined the chat
lazy hair hahahaha
I want his babies so bad. and I'm a dude
🤣
The young Colin is really cute. The aging Colin, hmmmm?
he has lost so much weight since then
Anyone else think he looks like Mel Gibson with the hair and beard??
N B urk, i hope not. Can't see it, don't wanna.
Mel attaches his back hair to his forehead.
Colin, for real... you look up from your paper in the morning, and suddenly your children are off to college, work and war. And you wonder where it went. Enjoyed your work with Carter Burwell, Al Pacino, and countless others. But The Lobster, Honestly, What were you thinking?
The Lobster was a fantastic film.
Colin you were so handsome back then. No girl has ever caught you yet. That’s because you haven’t met me yet...I would take such good care of you!
the thirst for him is real
