Merry Christmas Everyone! Another year of me spending my orbs right as I get them. We had some extremely powerful units this year and there were a lot of new faces thanks to Engage entering the mix. I was happy to keep up with my Sacred Stones collection, but I have a feeling those random alts are going to show up any time now. For next year I really want to slap some new skills on my Ephraim. It’s been a while and I’ve been hoarding some fodder. Might be time to chase after those Prime 4 set-ups.

A late Merry Christmas. My favourite unit that I've had since her release is Summer Norne. She's now a +9 Merge with Max Dragon flowers. Just recently I've updated her kit to have Buffer 4 and Panic Smoke 4. 😊

Got Camilla, but now I have to farm orbs again. 2024 is the year we get brawling/arts (I WISH)
I might not have ever really commented on your Dec 25 videos before, but I did want to give you a huge thanks for putting these out. It's very fun to see how much fun you have with your barracks and it's something small I do look forward to in the Christmas season.

Fallen Linus was the fun for me this year. Gave me a glimmer of hope that my 7 cyl votes for Linus was worth it. Now, with that in mind, I plan to do the same for Lloyd. Not to aim for a brave alt cause that's not happening in my lifetime or the games life lol but for an alt to redeem his original version. It worked out of nowhere for Linus, so the many inquiries I send should send a message.
Ninja Zelgius, Summer Ephraim, Spring Karla, Ascended Fir, Murdock, and Christmas Yunaka. Pretty great year for some of my favorites.
I'd build Cormag but, I got plenty of lance fliers and honestly I'd wait for Glen, the Sunstone, and I hope he gets a personal sword for his GHB version cause boi Glen was definitely the most handsome of the 2 brothers✌🏻
Maybe Uhai, Denning, Brendan Reed, Vaida, Nuibaba, Mitan, and Glen can make it this year. These are just off the top of my head.
My favorite is Legendary Alear ! Such a nice unit and I realy needed NCD. I also like chistmass Edelgard because her galeforce potential is fun

I actually finished my +10 Brave Eirika this year, thank you for reminding me No Quarter will be very very good on her. After arcane eclipse my base Lilina is just an insane AoE sweeper now. I have cleared maybe every abyssal map with her and Duo Peony lol. I also got quite a lot of merges on Sue as well, and decided to commit to a strong build - she did not disappoint! She's actually very fast with her refine, and the FSweep effect is a game changer with her frailty. With Flared Sparrow and Assassin's strike now, i think she could a very fun, annoying archer (too bad Deadly Miasma is flier locked :,( )
I have a few builds in the works, mostly older units I've somehow amassed a ton of merges on. I got 6 OG Sigurds this year which is crazy, so I've given him an Arcane Devourer and we'll see how that goes! Brave Ephraim getting a resplendent is great too since it was the only thing holding me from giving him a cool build. I also +10 B!Hector, but he hasn't got a build solely because i still haven't gotten hardy fighter. And last, I hope we get a Bernie refine soon - when that happens i will shoot for +10.

I was waiting for this video a lot ! I love the way you do it and as always, we have so much projects in common. Did you consider to do this kind of video twice a year yet ? It would be cool to follow you during your projects :)
If you're looking for a way to build your Fom you can opt for Counter Roar 4 or the new Weaving Fighter from Xmas Byleths, this alongside Armored Beacon/Floe does god's work for him in this viciously aggressive meta.
I wait for this video every year. It's interesting to see who people's FE favs are.
Thank god IS didn't put Summer L'Arachel on either of the last Double Special banners. I didn't have the orbs to summon for her in summer and I certainly have no more orbs left after this holiday season. If I'm lucky, I might be able to scrape together enough for the spark on the christmas banner 'cause I'd really like to have No Quarter for my Summer Seth too.

This year was the first year I was able to build up some units! I +10 Itsuki, Thea, and Norne, and currently working on Rath and Fallen Delthea and seeing what builds I could do for them
I was very happy that both my L'arachel units got arcane tomes this year. On top of +10ing summer L'arachel as well. Then dazzle near trace was perfect for little L'arachel. I gave arcane Lucina's kit to Saleh and lastly I use Gerrik with all the fixings and he's amazing. You won't be disappointed
my sleeper unit for the year is summer fjorm, shes so good in so many modes.
Merry Christmas to you and everyone else who celebrates it! I was on hiatus for about more than a year (in the middle of Book 5, IIRC), so I had a lot to catch up to; I came back during the Brodia banner, because of Alcryst and Lapis being added. During the past seven months, I've gotten, used, and foddered a lot of units, but I absolutely enjoyed them. But my most favorite, and my biggest investment in FEH overall, remains my +9 Lapis, who uses a similar build as yours, except using A/S Finish instead of Distant A/S Solo, and Repel from Lucia instead of Close Call. Other favorites added this year include Brave Robin, Rearmed Lucina, Legendary M!Robin, and Brave Corrin. As for other units, I've made a lot of investments to more than a few units (base Roy, base Lilina, Brave Roy, Brave Eliwood, Legendary Roy, Bridal Lilina... yeah, I've gotten a lot of stuff over the past few months), and I've also enjoyed using units like Legendary Nanna and Legendary Ninian. Overall, I had a pretty good time, at least more than I was during my first time playing the game.
My overall most used unit this year was my newly +10d Brave Dimitri, but my favorite among the ones that i pulled this year has to be either Christmas Dimitri or Ninja Sanaki
My favorites to build were for sure mys scion Nana and my Etie. I do want another copy of arcane darkbow to put on Etie but arcane nastrond is doing the job just fine atm
Well... as of now, I have Brave Marth at full strength with +10 merges, with a distant counter A/S Solo, which isn't the best option but is okay, he also has A/S Finish 4 as an alternate option for fighting melee only. That's my only 5-star that I have managed to +10, but despite his somewhat underwhelming refine I'm quite happy with the results.
For My 4-star summons:
My son Morgan has Remote Sparrow, Magic NFU, and Panic Smoke. Still not sure if I should give him Flare or another skill like Rupture Sky. Debating whether I give Guy Arcane Devourer or not, as I can't really inherit a lot from a cav to an infantry unit.
Special Star 4 units: only Sylvain with Arcane Caliburnus. Atk/Spd Catch 4, B skill is now Escape Route 4, Def/Res Menace
For My Grails Units at +10:
Male Summer Shez is at +10 with A/S catch, Guarding Bearing, and Spd/Def hold. He also has Arcane Luin for optimal inheritance, but I prefer the Brave Strike. Male Dessert Kris got a nice upgrade with Arcane Prima and all the skills he could get. Sadly, he doesn't benefit much from Snag 4. Kiragi also has Arcane Darkbow and got him for skill b Seal Speed 4. NY Yarne has
Projects I'm still working on:
My other son Kanna with arcane Grima has Atk/Spd Finish, Counter Roar, and Joint Drive Atk because I don't have the best C skill to inherit him. Scatach has Arcane Devourer, but he doesn't have the best skills yet, only Atk/Def Menace. Itsuki, Ross, and Heat have their refines but I have yet to update their build. Still debating whether I use Arcane Void on Deen or Colm, especially since Colm is very speedy, and taking into account how they have been making a Spd version of every arcade weapon maybe I should wait. Shannan is at +5 and Owain at +4, though their builds are updated now. There are a lot more units that need updates, but we could be here all day, and these are the more notable upgrades I have done.
Used Rearmed Plumeria to fully kit out Tethys, although I haven't used any flowers on her yet. Got a +10 Eiti in the process of fishing for Tethys copies so not sure what I'm doing with her yet. Still waiting for a good opportunity to get another R! Ingrid for my +9 Vanessa, hopefully her new heroes banner gets rerun so I can also grab a Rhea to give L! Myrrh scowl.
Hoping next year we get a Gerik alt or Morva shows up, perhaps they even throw a curve ball and give us one of the monster classes like Draco Zombie or Gorgon (cough Monica cough)

For Older units, i was able to pick A Haar with Gambit, Attack Defense Hold in Binding World earlier this year, he's been really tanky combined with his refinement for Stacked DR, i ended up plus 10 merged him up after seeing the nice skills on him
This year gave me so many arcane tomes to summon for, so outside of my max investment Pelleas, I now have Khadein Soren with crazy Glacies damage and Debuff support and Teatime Tailtiu who got Flare from the legendary banner giving me another Brave Soren, completing her DR stacking + Flare combo with Mag. NFU
Outside of that, my boy Kiragi got some fun arcanes and S! Takumi is having fun with the recent Christmas Bow from Claude
a couple units I’m looking forward to greater investment is Atlas, Ninja Saizo, and Inigo (I have two Arcanes in the backlog for Atlas and N!Saizo, and Inigo is probably gonna stay in the backlog with his Petalfall weapon since Fir will be getting the newest Sword inheritables)
If the prior statement means literally anything, Ascendent Fir had to be my favorite banner, getting her was such a joy (some other high notes were Harken with Attuned Nino, WT Claude, and Sanaki + Zelgius spooking me super early in their banner)
My summons didn't go as expected, spent 160 orbs to get the copy of B!Soren I wanted to fodder to my R!Ophelia. Got an Alear and Veronica on the way but I would have preferred to just get Soren in less orbs.
I just cannot look at Lapis without thinking of Sakura
A great year for my waifu Tiki. Since OG Adult Tiki FINALLY got a Resplendent, it occurred to me that I might want to re-evaluate her B Skill. She's still running Vantage, and I wouldn't mind trading it for Counter Roar. Which I already gave to child Summer Tiki, who seemingly no CPU enemy wants to attack if they can help it. Summer Adult Tiki, meanwhile, got a HUGE boost from Attuned Nino off of my free tickets; she's as close to a Galeforce dragon as the game allows (Ninja Masakari, Flash Sparrow, Spd/Def Tempo 4, and Time's Pulse 3, all a deadly combination). And of course, Harmonic Bride Tiki exists; I have both Distant Stance and Atk/Res Near Save on her so she can fill whichever Save role is needed.
I have a +10 Valentine's Lissa myself, and she is crazy with Dazzling Shift.
My +10 Morgan got a big boost as well. Arcane Euphoria, Flared Sparrow, Wings of Mercy 4, and Atk/Res Ploy. She is a force to be reckoned with.
Soaring Guidance Leanne, and she got Beast N Trace off the last New Year's banner. 'nuff said.
Dying for my Christmas Altina to get Null C 4... She does have Atk/Res Finish in case the Unity stacking isn't called for, though. Also gave that same Finish skill to Citrinne, a totally random pity-breaker that I was quite happy with.
Chloe is my favorite Engage unit by far; she's my new go-to for Lance missions.
I did the insane and "downgraded" Brave Robin to Bonfire. Why? So that he could use Quickened Pulse to unconditionally nuke on the first hit. It's been working pretty well.
My favorite unit this year Wind Tribe Claude an upgrade to my Brave Claude that I used religiously. I am grateful this year for Brave Gulveig cause her kit brought new life to my brave Claude.

Arcane weapons are cool, because you can use your old units, but the uniqueness is gone.
Arcane Caliburnus revived my +10 boey that had almost no investment since like book 3. My king now has max flowers, summoner support, and ate a random diamant’s atk/def finish 4 to help out 🥹
