Can I use this using the CPRS emr of the VA? Is there any prepared template for neurological outpatient visits (e.g., stroke, vertigo, memory loss, imbalance, parkinsons, etc)?
CPRS is a desktop application. Chartnote Chrome extension would only work on a web-based EHR. You still can create a note on the Chartnote web app and transfer to your EHR when done. (chartnote.com)
