Thanks to this video I shattered my passenger side mirror. Its super flimsy so it didn’t withstand being pulled and pried as you suggested. The rest of the steps were more challenging than you make them appear. Please remember some of us are hacks. Keep it all the way real. Other than that, I appreciate the quick tutorials.
Just broke my mirror glass & haven't even removed the mirror yet - LOL !!! Waiting for the replacement mirror glass to arrive BEFORE I try to pull the original (broken) mirror. Any tips on how to prevent this, PLEASE let me know - my new mirror glass arrives in 3-5 days !!!

Well I noticed I broke both my heating mirrors.
I relooked at the video to make sure I did it the same and just realized yours shoots a piece off when you lock it in place.
