Now coming to the repair part, we just did the labour and got paid only half, we haven't charged anything for the long years of parking too. Its very unfair for us to see this kind of degrading after doing all modes of support we provided.
Regarding the above mentioned review we would like to explain in detail about the actual story. About 5 and 1/2 years back one late evening We received a call from the customer stating his coolant is drained and he need assistance. Since it was too late and we were attending another breakdown vehicle we recommended him to top up the coolant and get the car to the workshop. But the customer bought about 5 litters of coolant, opened the engine oil cap instead of coolent tank and filled it without second thought or asking any further. He started the car and within few minutes the car engine gave up with a loud noise. ( Customer voice) It was a catastrophical damage where the entire engine got ceased, broken distance damaged engine block and the vehicle was towed to the workshop. After inspection we drained the engine oil and found about 6.5 l of fluid mixed with engine oil and coolant with debris of broken engine parts.
Since the customer was requesting to speed up the work we dismantled the entire engine assembly within a week and sent the repair estimate to the customer for approval.
