    Till they receive money they will respond! There was no complaint about ABS and traction before I let..they do good work, but my arm rest was damaged. Totally not happy with German Car Tech

      Regarding the above mentioned review we would like to explain in detail about the actual story. About 5 and 1/2 years back one late evening We received a call from the customer stating his coolant is drained and he need assistance. Since it was too late and we were attending another breakdown vehicle we recommended him to top up the coolant and get the car to the workshop. But the customer bought about 5 litters of coolant, opened the engine oil cap instead of coolent tank and filled it without second thought or asking any further. He started the car and within few minutes the car engine gave up with a loud noise. ( Customer voice) It was a catastrophical damage where the entire engine got ceased, broken distance damaged engine block and the vehicle was towed to the workshop. After inspection we drained the engine oil and found about 6.5 l of fluid mixed with engine oil and coolant with debris of broken engine parts.
      Since the customer was requesting to speed up the work we dismantled the entire engine assembly within a week and sent the repair estimate to the customer for approval. The approval process went forever and finally got a green signal to go ahead with the needed repairs after the long 5 1/2 years of waiting period.
      The vehicle stood still after dismantling for long years which took a toll on the performance of turbo and couple of other parts because of resting and dust accumulation. Further discussing with the client we recommended him to procure a used engine and swap it with the existing because the repair cost would be too much if we were to go ahead. The customer agreed on the same and he himself bought every parts including the whole engine. We had mounted the engine and did the overhaul for the needed parts such as turbo and got the engine running but the engine had backfiring and performance lag and had excess smoke on running. The engine looked perfect by the outlook but the customer got played by the seller. Now the customer got furious saying we did a bad job and thats the reason why engine is having trouble.     Dont belive this garage I gave my car engine perpose its take 3 years After I got my car that to I drive 50 kilometers agan engine problem came ,,,,I spent 2lakh closely
    Second thing they never pick phone I was gave my car coved time
    They change my car all parts steering first inside all power windows door locks each and everything they took
    Please very carefully about this garage they will change your car parts another car ,another car parts will change your car making money
