you should have gone to the museums and to san francisco church, ppl from la paz like to remember history so you will find plenty of stories and traditions if you have a good tourism guide, also its a good idea to visit la paz between july and oct. since many students prepare to perform native dances so certain streets are full of joy and life because of students and the costumes they get, like i told ya it makes you realize how beautifull and important is culture for us, give it a try ims sure you will enjoy it

Besides La Paz was nominated one of the 10 cities as WONDERS OF THE WORLD. I highly recomend to do a little research before your visit next time.
