Parallel parking is easier said than done, especially with a rather large vehicle!

That’s how I learned too! Sneaked out the car at midnight to 2am. Age 13 not 12. When I got my learners permit my Dad said wow, you’re pretty good at this! And I’m thinking yeah, I’ve driven about 800 miles while you were sleeping.
Initial set up was fine, shoulda been a foot closer to the parked car, though. Straighten into that 45° angle and let it back in til you're 6" from the curb, then cut that wheel hard left until you're parallel to the curb. Practice with toy cars on a table top and say the above info while doing it and you'll be an expert in no time students😊
A Google search leads to a 2021 article about a gentleman who looks like it could be the same Paul Fiore. According to the article, he “has distinguished himself as one of the reverse mortgages industry’s top sales executives.” Good for him!
Parallel parking was the only thing that I could do when I started driving; it’s all math!

I’m 67 don’t think I ever paroled park when I took the driving test it was snowing about 3 in a hr went back to dmv he just gave me a pass

Paul really loosened up and let his hair down and even grew a beard over time. Sadly he passed away in Albany in 2023.
