They used berry lip gloss bronzed cheeks brown or taupe eyeshadow and natural thin brows for Blair in initial seasons to enhance her natural beauty also her hair was always polished and curled In the last seasons they changed her brows and she would wear orange or red coloured lips a lot i mean bold colours in general and i noticed pastel eyeshadows like purple or lavender I think they did that to make her look older on purpose and to make her look like a woman because she was evolving from a school queen to a powerful woman Therefore not just her makeup but her wardrobe and hair were also changed a bit I agree though that makeup wasn't as beautiful as in first two seasons but understand that they had to show something different and transition from one kind of style

i don’t remember exactly when i started loving blair but no matter how much i might’ve been team serena for maybe the first three episodes, by the middle of season 1 she had already become my favorite character in any show ever. there’s a way deeper meaning to her story that most viewers can’t understand

Blair always looks classy and carry herself well. While Serena is unpredictable, but she can effortlessly take a spot from Blair whenever she wanted to. Blair seems powerful in the series, but Serena will always outshine her in every way.
i like Serena better, because she isn't judgmental, she's NOT a mean person, and she was accepting and kind to Jenny. Unlike Blair, who uses and takes advantage of Jenny and is extremely mean to her. Come on, let's be honest here. Serena is definitely a better person than Blair. it's undeniable!
I agree and Blair is always physical and not very smart. Blair is NOT NICE and I think Serena is much NICER than Blair is. That’s why Blair and Chuck make a good couple because they are idiotic and jerks as well. Blair is too judgmental like Chuck is. Blair always takes advantage of people too and that’s not cool at all
