    Good stuff. I’m gonna start. I spent most of my life doing “meathead” workouts. Now, as I’m aging, I need more flexibility. Thank you.

    Hey Danny, what is the different between the orange Videos and the blue Videos? Danni

      Hi Danica - they are just 2 different series that we did. They progress from one to the next, so it's probably simplest to work your way through one series before you do the other. But they are both adaptable for any fitness and mobility level.
